Magnifique condo moderne de Scottsdale, vue imprenable sur le complexe ~ McDowell Mountain

Ce magnifique condo a été récemment mis à jour et bénéficie d'un emplacement et d'une vue immaculés. Nous sommes situés dans l'une des communautés les plus agréables et bien entretenues, qui a une disposition rare avec deux suites parentales. Ce plan d'étage divisé avec 1 200 pieds carrés est les étapes de l'une des deux piscines chauffées avec bain à remous. La communauté propose des barbecues à gaz haut de gamme, un centre de remise en forme moderne, un sauna et un hammam, un centre d'affaires, un magnifique club-house et des putting greens.

Les chambres disposent d'un tout nouveau roi de luxe et de deux nouveaux lits de luxe dans la deuxième chambre. Les salles de bains attenantes disposent d'une baignoire dans la douche dans une grande douche à l'italienne dans l'autre. Les deux salles de bains ont de nouvelles commodes "ADA". L'unité dispose d'une télévision HD à écran plat, d'un câble Premium et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable plus modernes, une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur et du café Keurig, et M. Machines à café. Planchers laminés en bois plus récents. La table à manger est un haut haut qui peut accueillir quatre personnes et la barre du petit-déjeuner peut accueillir 2 personnes, avec une vue magnifique sur les allées de la cour et la piscine méticuleusement entretenue. Le grand patio couvert fait face à une exposition sud ombragée avec vue sur les arbres d'un paysage verdoyant. Nous sommes une unité finale, très privée, et personne au-dessus de vous. Extra silencieux!

À distance de marche d'excellents restaurants, marchés, cafés, salons et parcs du quartier. McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve est à quelques pas de la randonnée et du vélo. Aussi McDowell Mountain Ranch Park Aquatic Center & Golf Course, courte distance en voiture des stades de baseball d'entraînement de printemps, WestWorld, Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, Arabian Horse Show, TPC Golf, Casinos et des dizaines de commodités et d'attractions à proximité que Scottsdale a à offrir, y compris le Musée des instruments de musique. Excellents restaurants et magasins à Kierland Commons, quartier Scottsdale, (splendides boutiques) City North & Desert Ridge. The condo is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and highways. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The owner was easily available by phone and responded quickly when contacted. Would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to rent it again.

My wife and I stayed four nights. This condo is extremely well appointed and nicely updated. Very clean! The location is perfect and centrally located to everything. Grocery stores and coffee shops are super close. We loved the pool which is right across from the unit. Communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful stay here. Accurate description of condo. We slept and showered here and were on the go otherwise for meals and hiking. Great location! Has accommodations for cooking if needed.

Amazing Scottsdale Summer Vacation

Wonderful stay in Scottsdale AZ

Beautiful property located not far from the highway, making driving around the area very convenient. Located steps from the pool and hot tub and near the local attractions. Very lovely and well decorated interior; has everything you would need for a week in Arizona. We'll be back...

Perfect spot in N. Scottsdale

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was our third time in this complex and we just love it. The location is so convenient, the grounds and pool are clean and well cared for. The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated. It had everything we might need. We can’t wait to get back there next year!

Beautiful Condo!

We were so happy staying at this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again! Communicating with Fay to book it was easy. It was so well decorated, clean and stocked with all the necessities. We really appreciated the extra paper towels, toilet paper and even hand soap in the bathrooms. Looking forward to staying here again if/when we are back in the Scottsdale area!

I selected this property because of its​ lush landscape, being from the midwest I wanted to best of both worlds, rich greens, warm weather,​ and outstanding convenient location to everything Scottsdale has to offer! It is one of the cleanest and best-maintained communities in Scottsdale!!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The unit is large with a rare split floor plan and currently sleeps 4, soon to me 6-7.). It has excellent entertaining space and a woodburning fireplace. There is also a large party room, and an outdoor fireplace gas pit for guests- it feels like a luxury resort, it quiet, clean, and has a high​ "walkability score."
