Home At The Maya....

Clean 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo situated in an excellent Scottsdale location. It is close to the best that Scottsdale has to offer; hiking, shopping, parks, golf, restaurants, casinos, OdySea Aquarium, Spring Training Baseball and much more!

This condo is tastefully decorated and furnished so you feel at home. It can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. The unit is great for families, couples, week-long getaways, fun retreats and long term rentals. It has everything you need to make this your "Home Away From Home".


The living room features:
-Large 55 inch 4k Ultra HD Smart TV with HDR. It is equipped with all the streaming apps you need and basic cable.
-Pull out queen sofa bed.
-Seating for up to six people.


The Master bedroom features:
-Queen size bed with quality linens.
-Thirty-two inch HDTV with basic cable and a Roku Stick to stream your favorite shows.
-Walk-in closet.
-Dresser.


The kitchen features:
-Stainless steel appliances.
-All the appliances and cookware needed to prepare meals or snacks. This includes; coffeemaker, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, innerware, pots, pans, tea, coffee, spices and basic dry goods. You will find everything you need!
-Use the Keurig to make a single cup of coffee or a full pot.

AC/HEATER... The complex has a shared air system. The HOA switches the system to heat during cooler months when the AC is not necessary, generally Nov-April. The system is then switched over to cooling for warm/hot months, generally April-Nov. The HOA does a great job of looking at the forecast to ensure they are making the switch at the best time.

Pool and hot tub!

There is an elevator and ramp access to the this third floor condo.

One designated covered parking spot a few steps from the stairs close to your front door. There is also ample guest parking.

The laundry room is just a few doors away from the unit. It accepts coins, credit or debit. Just throw your laundry in the washer and wait for it while enjoying the sun poolside!

This unit is to remain 100% smoke free and pet free.

Our stay was great! We have stayed in this building before, and this condo was much nicer than the last one we stayed in. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to Old Town.

Scottsdale Stay

This property is in a great location to all shops and restaurants in Scottsdale. It is a clean, quiet apt. Very nice. We had some issues with check in (the key pad) but the host was very responsive and took care of it right away. Overall it was nice and comfortable.

Location and comfortable

This is a great location where you're right next to a Fry's grocery store. Pop in there on your way to the condo for snacks and ice cream and drinks because there's a full size fridge and the condo is comfortable enough you'd want to hang out and eat a pizza, too. It's so close to everything, you can drive or catch a golf cart. We mostly drove and found we always could find parking spots when crowded, but also tried the golf cart service option when we went into town one evening. All in all, it's a good stay and you won't be disappointed. It was comfortable and convenient to all we were doing.

Old Town Scottsdale

Very very clean condo located close to downtown Old Town Scottsdale. Approximately a 15 minute walk and a 4 minute drive to downtown. We chose to grab golf cart transportation to and from town so we didn’t have to mess with parking. As I mentioned, condo was very clean and had everything that you needed for your stay. Mattress was comfortable but pillows were sadly horrible. If you are looking for somewhere close to town this is ideal. However, I would not suggest walking once it gets dark. This is a very active area and gets quite loud and rambunctious after dark. It could be because I am older but it did get very rowdy but that also could be because it was Halloween weekend. Lots of noise from the people upstairs to this unit. Not sure if they live there permanently but there was a lot of loud stomping during the middle of the night. Even though that was some of our issues, I would honestly stay there again. The unit was nice, super clean and close to Old Town. Also, any questions that I had with the property manager went so smoothly and he was very responsive.

This one bedroom apt. was very suitable for our needs. Communication with the owner was excellent and we would definitely rent it again if we are ever in the area in the future.

Weekend getaway

Liked having shaded parking in front of the condo. Communication with owner was great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable but the living room chairs and couch could use some more cushion. Bathroom towels had a smell to them but maybe I’m just particular to my own detergent and dryer sheets. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool. Location was great to get everywhere we needed to go.

Super cute and nice place!

This was a great find! We were only in town for a few nights but this location was so cozy and comfortable. We would have been happy here longer! There’s everything you need and cute extras as well. Everything was very easy and smooth with booking and checking in. Location is central to everything and there’s walkable food, night life and shopping. We highly recommend and would/will stay here again in the future if we are back in town.
