EntiÚrement rénové à l'automne 2018, cette unité Trailside de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain offre environ 2000 pieds carrés de surface habitable avec une salle de démarrage d'entrée de 150 pieds carrés avec chauffage au sol, baignoire jacuzzi sur le pont, vues incroyables, cuisine moderne avec ßlot et 4 siÚges, 2 chambres principales avec lit queen, 1 chambre familiale avec lit queen et canapé-lit et 1 chambre avec lits superposés. 3 salles de bain complÚtes et une 1/2 salle de bain. Haut de gamme TV grand écran à l'étage et en bas, (LG OLED et Samsung QLED et Apple TV) Immaculée. Navette privée à la demande de 2 minutes (photo) pour Sachem Trail ou 7 minutes de marche sur le sentier de neige jusqu'à Cat Nap Trail. L'un des plus hauts condos d'Okemo avec des vues spectaculaires. Pas de groupes, animaux ou fumeurs autorisés. Maximum 10 personnes.

Loved the house! Kitchen, fireplace and amenities were top notch. Plenty of space! Only problem we ran into was the last night we were there, the heat went out. But the property manager got it resolved relatively quickly, which was great since it was New Year's Eve! We loved the heated floor on the entry room!

Robert and Samantha are excellent hosts and their corner lot condo is absolutely marvelous! The views from living room, deck and hot tub are stunning, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms leave nothing to be desired. The on demand pickup and 2 minute ride to the slopes was icing on the cake. I highly recommend this property and host. We will be back!

Another great stay

This is our second stay at Robert’s property and he continues to exceed our expectations. It’s a great place with plenty of room. Robert is fast to respond with any questions. We will be back!

Vacation Rental

We did have some trouble getting the code to get in. The property manager should have been able to resolve this issue, but he wasn't not able to. We lost one night of our stay in the house because of this. However, the property Owner was amazing once we finally were able to reach him and the house was laid out perfectly for our family. It is not a ski on ski off property, you have to take a shuttle to get to the lift. It was easier, especially with children, to drive your own vehicle down. The only part we missed out on at the house was the hot tub. The deck and the hot tub were buried in snow. We wish this was all cleared off prior to our arrival so that we could have enjoyed the deck and hot tub at the end of a ski day!

Great stay in Okemo

Four adults and 5 young adults/teens (two families) coming to Okemo just to ski and cook dinners at night. Great layout. Parking is easy. House is very well stocked. Fantastic on call 'shuttle' to the lift - and can supposedly ski on if there is enough snow/right trails open. My only issue was that the family bedroom says 2 queens in the rooms/beds but one is a bed and one is a pull out (but it was clear in the description. Fantastic boot room. Private hot tub. Not cheap but not overpriced. Well over a 4 star place.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location

We were awestruck when we entered the property and saw the view of mountains and cloud. Liked the interior and blend of contemporary as well as traditional designs inside. Had a lovely stay and Robert is the best and most transparent host I have ever experienced.

Wonderful place to stay for our ski weekend

The plac was clean, beautiful and in a great location. We immediately felt at home. The bedrooms were great and we made dinner one night and prepared our breakfast. Wish we were staying longer. Joe was so accommodating and gave us good recommendations. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

Fabulous ski trip

We had a great time at Rob’s place. We were a group of 9. The accommodations were spacious, clean and top-notch. Fully stocked home. The hot tub was fun in the evenings. The ride to and from the home to the ski slopes was super fun on the shuttle. My kids loved the open air shuttle rides :). A highlight of our trip. It was easy to communicate with Rob over chat, even while he was overseas! We look forward to visiting again.

Great condo ON Okemo

We had a great time in Robert’s home. Everything was clean, fully stocked, and warm (the heated floors in the entry way felt amazing after a day of skiing). We had two families of 4 each and never felt cramped. There was enough separation when the older kids wanted it. Jacuzzi was fantastic and private. I was skeptical of the on demand shuttle, but it was very efficient and made it feel like we were right in the trail (from call to trail took maybe 4 min at the most, sometimes much shorter than that). We also used the ski home trail that drops you a short walk from the unit. Robert was very fast to respond with any inquiry, though we didn’t need to contact home once we were in the condo because it had everything and everything was in working order. We will be back!

We'll be back!

The location was beautiful....what a view! The home was well stocked, clean, comfortable and stylish. There were so many little touches that made it feel like home, then a cavity of a place that you can tell the owners use just for an income property. Loved arriving and having many of the basics in the cupboards and fridge. The fireplace was so cozy with cool and comfy furniture for many to have an apertif, play a game or relax and enjoy the serenity. The view was amazing. The pre check in guide was super helpful and Robert was always available to answer questions and was very accommodating! And we had amazing ski conditions! The driver who gave us rides to the lift and back arrived within minutes with a smile and cheer, and it was a fun way to roll! We really had no complaints...and had a relaxing and restorative weekend. No need to go out at night!

Great property, great experience

All around great place with a fantastic location. The property is even nicer than the pictures. The view from the hot tub / deck is incredible. The unit was fully equipped with everything you need, and Robert was a very gracious host. We could not have had a better experience and we will definitely be back!

Great Okemo location, views and experience

This is a great property trailside at Okemo. Very convenient to ski trails and amazing views from the house/hot tub. Family enjoyed the modern home and amenities. Annual Ski Vacation

From booking to check out everything was a breeze! The condo was great from the minute we walked in with a huge ski storage area with a heated floor made getting ready a snap! The kids loved the shuttle to the mountain. Everything was clean and kitchen fully stocked. The jacuzzi was amazing to jump into after a long day of skiing. Robert was amazing and the guide he sent about the house was utilized often. He was available immediately if we had any questions and checked in on us while we were there. We are already thinking about booking again for next year!

Best house on Trailside

My family has been skiing at Okemo for decades now, and we wanted to introduce our little ones (1,4, and 6) to the mountain. We’ve stayed at multiple rentals on the mountain, ski on/off over the years, and none even come close to our stay this time. The house was completely redone, and even more beautiful in person than the photos. From heated mud/boot room floors to towel racks, it is so welcoming. Somehow, it’s still super kid friendly and our girls all had a wonderful time (we did bring a gate for the stairs for our youngest). In all, there we were a party of 8 (5 adults) and we slept very comfortably. The shuttle service was even easier than walking, and a few of us used it to get to the mountain. We drove to Jackson Gore base for lessons for the kids, which was a quick drive, being so close. In addition, Rob was a wonderful host- we felt so welcome and house came fully stocked. He was super responsive, and proactively checked to see if we had any questions once checking in. All in all, couldn’t recommend a rental more.

Okemo Trailside

This property was even better than described. It is wonderfully updated, it was fully equipped, and the owner was exceptionally responsive - providing further details of the property and suggestions for dining and skiing. I was skeptical of having to ride a shuttle versus being on the trail, but it was a non-issue (not even a 3 min wait for pickup, and everyone enjoyed the ride). I would absolutely stay here again.

Great home base for our ski trip!

Robert was very easy to work with and was forthright, responsive, thoughtful and helpful. Property was perfect for our family ski trip. Clean, updated, and comfortable. The on-demand shuttle worked quite well for our group’s varied schedules on and off the mountain. No complaints- just a great home base for our trip!!

Amazing ski adventure!

We had a blast. The unit was clean, spacious, and great to use. Robert was an excellent host — responsive to all questions and very thoughtful. The kitchen had an excellent array of supplies, pots, tools, and whatever we needed for our meals. And can’t beat the location. So easy to get on and off the mountain. Four full days of great skiing. I would definitely come back to Okemo and stay here again. It was superb!

Lovely Okemo Mt Stay in Summer

We just got home from a wonderful week spent at Rob’s trailside condo. This is by far the nicest Okemo condo we’ve stayed in over the years. Our three young boys slept comfortably in the bunkbed room and my husband and I in the upstairs master suite. Our friends and their two kids took the other two basement rooms, and the sleeping arrangements worked out perfecfly. The house was fully stocked and beautifully furnished. It was immaculate and Rob and his wife went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I have travelled to Okemo Mt, VT for skiing many times over the years, but never spent time there in the summer. Wow were we missing out! There was so much to do on the mountain and in the surrounding towns of Ludlow. Rob and his wife suggested activities that were perfect to do with our young children. Buttermilk Falls was our favorite! The Trailside condo pool was heated and never crowded. It was perfect even on cool 70 degree days. The adults all agreed that the personal hot tub at the condo was the perfect way to end each evening. We even sparked up the fire pit one night since the temperature dipped down to 50. We had to end our stay a day early due to Hurricane Henry coming through New England and Rob offered to refund us some money without us even asking. We couldn’t ask for anything more and can’t wait to go back!

Perfect!

Everything about the property is terrific and the owner is super friendly and responsive! Great location, peaceful, quiet, and amazing views. The condo is well decorated, updated, clean, spacious, and comfortable. My family of 5 enjoyed our Spring Break stay! A+ Jacuzzi. We would love to return.

Couldn’t have been better

Just got back from an amazing stay in this luxurious condo. I’ll let the other reviews speak to how beautifully appointed, well stocked, clean and comfortable the place is but there is so much more. The location way up on the mountain offers incredible views and simple access to the trails. The shuttle really couldn’t have been easier. The driver Bruce is super nice and we literally never waited more than 5 minutes (he’s constantly shooting back and forth). And I couldn’t believe how long the run down to the lifts was (you really are way up there!). The condo is really well maintained and filled with luxuries. The TVs, sound system, heated towel racks, even heated floors in the prep room all made it feel high end. The hot tub is either brand new or incredibly well taken care of. Finally, I have to mention how helpful and responsive Rob the owner was. It’s very clear that he loves this place and genuinely enjoys sharing it with others. I’ll definitely look to book again.
