Face à la mer et capitale D-Deluxe, l’unité 317 a été rénovée dans un souci de tranquillité; un bon match avec l'ambiance décontractée de la station. Il est magnifiquement aménagé avec des armoires personnalisées et du granit dans toute la cuisine, ainsi que des meubles solides et de qualité, ainsi que trois unités de climatisation séparées. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen et une sensation de paix; les salles de bain sont tout aussi ravissantes. (Un canapé-lit dans le salon fait que l'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.) Vous trouverez une grande télévision par câble à écran plat, une connexion haut débit à Internet et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite pour les moments de détente après une journée ensoleillée et aventureuse. Préparez vos repas dans la cuisine gastronomique pour dîner sur la véranda; la vue sur le parc et la piscine est excellente en soi, mais atteint de nouveaux sommets avec la toile de fond de l'oc��an Pacifique et de Haleakala.

À l'extérieur, une piscine en bord de mer, deux stations de barbecue et des chaises longues s'alignent pour observer toute l'activité de la baie, des bateaux de port aux pirogues, en passant par les surfeurs et les pagayeurs. -temps; surveillez les souffles et les brèches et autres acrobaties. Le récif en face de Ma’alaea Kai abrite une population de tortues de mer hawaïennes assez lourdes; vous les verrez ici, danser dans les vagues.
Les jours où vous ne vous aventurez pas dans d'autres endroits paradisiaques, restez dans les environs et promenez-vous dans Sugar Beach, une étendue de sable non aménagée de 5 km qui se termine à la limite nord de Kihei. Explorez le port et les boutiques de Ma’alaea un autre jour où vous choisirez de vous détendre près de chez vous. Réservez quelques aventures dans l’océan ici, magasinez, dînez ou visitez l’aquarium de Maui pour découvrir la vie marine d’Hawaï; l’une des plus grandes expositions de coraux vivants du Pacifique au monde.

Beautiful...like a home away from home

Beautiful but Buggy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the condo. However, the kitchen was infested with crock roaches. The management company was very responsive and came the same day we called with poison. However, we spent the rest of our vacation vacuuming up dead and dying roaches.

Views, whales and perfect condo

Great 2BR/2BA CONDO. Incredible views and whale watching daily. The Humpback whales put on a great show for us. The unit is super clean and nice set up. Pictures don’t do it justice. The colors and decor are a little outdated but still in excellent condition. The mini split AC units are quiet and wonderful and there’s one in each room. Kitchen fully equipped and cabinetry was beautiful and lots of extras left For use like spices and utensils. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of extras like coolers and beach chairs left for our use. Elevators and the common areas were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo and I would rent again.

Great spot

Everything you need is there, ample instructions on how everything worked, very convenient door pad so no keys to share between the 5 adults staying there. A couple of things to know: the “door” to the master bedroom is 4 sliding panels, they don’t close completely so I accidentally flashed my daughter. Also, if you run the ac, that unit sits on the patio, rendering the patio too hot to use. Lastly, I had to empty the dishwasher from the prior guests- if I’m paying a cleaning fee I feel like that should have been done for me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The best part was the view from the lanai. The bedroom also has the same view. It's a 3rd level condo. The property was wonderful. The kitchen was nice and my family enjoyed that AC was available. It was nice that an umbrella, beach chairs and towels were provided. We also really appreciated the soft sided cooler and used it every day to carry a picnic lunch to the beach. The snorkel sets were nice but the masks let water in and only one has the attachment that connects the mask to the breathing pipe, so you will need to rent your snorkel gear if you want a good snorkeling experience. It was nice that salt and pepper and olive oil were in the kitchen. We could have used a couple extra blankets at night, as the bedspreads are very thin. Confirm your checkout time ahead of time. Our book said 11 am but then we received a message saying the housekeepers were waiting or us at 10 am. Laundry facilities are on the same level at the opposite end of the complex.

We enjoy sitting on the lanai watching the waves as well as all the turtles. The management company is very quick to respond to any concerns. The on site maintenance people keep everything so clean and well kept. We keep coming back year after year. There’s always something new to explore in Maui.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Hawaiian islands for over 40 years we have a pretty good idea of what accommodations should look like and what a cleaned unit should look like. The Bedding in one bedroom had to be changed and the kitchen cubards required some extra cleaning due to food residue etc.The drawers in the bathroom had hair in them. Also the main bathroom bath tub requires a rubber mat in it the slipping hazard is extreme. Other than that things are.fine.

Lovely condo right on the ocean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this condo multiple times due to cleanliness, location, scenery, quiet and central on Maui. Resident manager and his crew can be seen daily keeping the building in great shape. BBQs are kept impeccable. We love having dinner in the deck overlooking the bay and watching the turtles. 15 minute drive to Kihei, Kahului or Lahaina. Beautiful and relaxing!
