Nouvellement rénové deux chambres, deux salles de bains appartement au niveau du sol avec une vue magnifique de l'océan. Tous les nouveaux meubles de cuisine et de salles de bains aménagées. EN UNITE DE LAVAGE ET CLIMATISATION. Maßtre a un roi de Californie et la deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen et XL TWIN. Parfait pour deux couples ou une famille. MARCHER cinquante pas de l'océan et tuba ou nager dans la piscine chauffée. Les barbecues sont juste un DEUX PAS.

Beautiful location

The location is amazing. Beautiful views with sea turtles steps away. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and shops. Great location for our Christmas on Maui!

Wonderful ocean front condo

Great view of the ocean, saw turtles close by, friendly residents and a great pool. A friendly restaurant near by (Tante's) with good food and a great happy hour!

Most relaxing and centrally located

I have been to Maui multiple times, but this time a hit a home run when I chose Maalea Kai. Breath taking views, comfortable, well stocked, easy parking, accessible lawn chairs and pool perfectly sized. Will definitely return. Located between all the major areas with short drives to see it all.

Family vacation

We loved our stay. It was just perfect for our family. A nice size. It was great to have two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The kids loved the pool.

A little bit of paradise.

Wel had a wonderful stay! The condo is comfortable and well equipped, and sitting on the lanai watching the sunrise or sunset is like being in heaven. This was our second time enjoying this unit and we are already planning to return for a third time.

Great spot!

Perfect place for family! Went right before Christmas and the grounds were lit up and festive. Unit is clean and worked well for family of 5. Walked Sugar Beach every day! Would definitely recommend.

The perfect Sunrise Getaway

We loved the backyard right to the beach and bbq. It slept us comfortably and the kitchen was stocked with appliances. Great location central to all the best beaches and snorkeling. Recommended to my friends! Book early or you won’t get your dates.

Great vacation with an amazing view

Great condo, just as advertised View is amazing and the condo was comfortable. I wish the condo had more beach chairs and boogie boards, had to go out and rent more. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it friends and family. Thanks for sharing a piece of paradise with us

Maui breeze

Beautiful condo with all the extras included. We had a great stay. Great for family and friends. Short walk to the beach. Which was nice and clean. We drove around the island. The condo is located in the center of the island.

LIFE WITHOUT STRESS!

This was my third visit and I am already planning another stay in February. Obviously, I really like this place! The owner is incredible--patient and helpful almost beyond belief. The unit has everything to make life easy -- well equipped kitchen, beach towels and snorkelling gear for ocean visits, good mattresses and pillows which almost guarantee a good night's sleep. No complaints! I can't wait to go back.

Relaxing Place to stay

What a wonderful place to stay on Maui! We were within walking distance to a great BBQ place and the Aquarium. The condo was neat and clean. Our living room overlooked the bay and it was a wonderfully centralized place to stay. We watched the sea turtles in the early morning and about dinnertime each evening as they fed along the rocks just at the end of the bay. The tiki torches were lit on the weekend and added a nice touch to our evenings. Our host did a nice job staying in touch with us while we were there.

Great Central Maui Spot

Very convenient location to get to all parts of the island. Grounds are kept in great shape with a good-sized pool. Sitting out on the lawn or by the pool gives amazing views of the ocean. Rooms are very nice and quiet, unlike other parts of the island. The parking lot can be a challenge with very narrow stalls. Solved by all parties exit the vehicle prior to pulling into the stall. (except the driver)

Family get away

We rented this condo along with a couple others in the building and 11 of us total stayed at Maalaea to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was just my son and I in this condo and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The walk out to the ocean was amazing. Being able to sleep and hear the waves was wonderful. Several mornings there were turtles in the water right outside our door. I would 100% stay here again. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Amazing Vacation

Everything about this Condo was amazing!! It’s located in the second windiest port in the world. It has air-conditioning that you never need to turn off. We open the back doors, and the kitchen window and air flew through the condo beautifully. I love listening to the waves when we laid down to sleep at night. The grounds are very well-kept. It’s centrally located, close to everything. All accommodations were perfect. Check in and check out was very easy. The owner was amazing too. They provided a beach wagon, chairs, snorkeling mask, and beach towels. Kitchen was fully stocked also. The views were absolutely beautiful. I can’t say enough about our stay, everything was perfect.

Great location and accommodations

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would do it again. The location/view was great and the unit was well equipped. They even had boogie boards and a small cooler for the beach. The kitchen also had most utensils that are needed to cook a proper meal. If I had to complain, I would ask for at least one decent knife that could chop onions. And at least one truly non-stick pan to cook scrambled eggs. There was only one decent looking non-stick pan but it was very old and the eggs stuck to it like glue. The rest of the pans are a health hazard and belong in the trash can.

Maalaea bay Condo

This is a ground floor property and it was nice to sit out front of our unit. The lanai area was extremely hot as the air conditioner was blasting hot air out, so we sat out on the lawn. The unit in general could use a good handyman as there was a door missing in the kitchen, the 2nd bedroom door could not close properly as well as some kitchen cupboards that did not close properly. The window in the master bedroom looks like it had had a makeshift repair and needs repairing. There is no air-conditioning in the 2nd bedroom - and the ceiling fan was not strong enough ( they did bring me a portable fan though) - . The 2nd bedroom has absolutely no where to store any clothes. The closet is a storage closet and there was no dresser for clothes. For us - the small bed could have been replaced with a dresser. There was also no shelf space in the 2nd bedroom or bathroom. The 2nd bedroom does not have a TV but there is a cable hanging down the wall for one, and the TV in the main bedroom was so small you could not read the words on it. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. There was no back up of paper goods - so when shopping buy extra toilet paper and paper towels. This condo is in the middle of the island and thus it is just a short drive to everything. The whole complex is well maintained - and if I went again I would request a more renovated unit.

Great location and amenities, but unit is somewhat dated.

I have to say I absolutely loved the location of this place. It was steps away from the water with a gorgeous view and sounds of the ocean crashing right outside your windows. Overall it was a very quiet, too. We did have the neighbors above us up at 5:00 and 6:00 AM every day we were there. They would make noise and inevitably woke me up early each morning. I could put my earbuds in to drown them out and go back to sleep, but making noise that early each day was irritating. They would also smoke on their lanai whenever they were outside and the smell wafted down to us, of course. That was not cool at all when sitting outside trying to enjoy a meal or just relaxing. We were told in our "house rules" that smoking on the lanai was prohibited, so we were confused why they were allowed to do so. The inside of the unit was clean, but is very dated. The kitchen has been somewhat updated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, but the cupboards and drawers looked original to the year it was built. The furniture, rugs, bed comforters and other items were also very dated. On another note, the first night we arrived I had to escort a very large caterpillar back outside. It had found it's way in from the lanai. Two other times during our stay I caught geckos inside a plastic cup and returned them to the landscape out back. They were super fast, so it was quite an adventure to capture and release them! So, if you don't like being startled by little critters like that, be aware ahead of time. :-) The amenities were great. We swam a few times in the pool and enjoyed the loungers looking out over the bay. On the weekend they lit tiki torches near the water. That was a nice touch. And one of our days we got a visit from some sea turtles in the rocky area during high tide. We spotted quite a few interesting looking crabs on the rocks, too. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, there were just a lot of little things (mentioned above) that, if avoided, would have made the stay a five star all around.

WE PURCHASED THIS CONDO AFTER COMING TO THE MAALAEA BAY AREA EVERY YEAR WITH OUR FAMILY. WE LOVE THE VILLAGE FEEL OF THE AREA AND THE OCEAN BREEZES THAT ARE ALWAYS PRESENT. OUR FAMILY LIVES ON THE WEST COAST INCLUDING SEATTLE, OLYMPIA AND PORTLAND. THIS IS SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO MEET UP AND RELAX.

MAALAEA VILLAGE HAS A HOME TOWN FEEL TO IT. THERE ARE ONLY 10 CONDO BUILDINGS ON HAUOLI STREET (HAPPY IN THE HAWAIIAN LANGUAGE) AND YOU CAN WALK TO ONE END TO THE VILLAGE CENTER AND EITHER GO TO THE MAUI OCEAN CENTER, PLAY PUTT PUTT GOLF, GO ON A BOAT RIDE, SHOP OR EAT AT ONE OF SEVERAL RESTAURANTS AND THEN YOU CAN WALK TO THE OTHER END OF THE STREET AND VISIT SUGAR BEACH, ONE OF THE LONGEST STRETCHES OF SANDY BEACHES ON MAUI.
