Imaginez un condo en bord de mer dans un complexe tranquille, dans une zone isolée, dans un emplacement central - à un prix abordable. Cela fait rêver à coup sûr; et devinez quoi, c’est réel! Hono Kai B-7 est l’un des rares à faire face à l’océan, offrant ainsi des vues incomparables. Vous entrez dans cette unité située au deuxième étage, et BOOM: de magnifiques vues invitantes sur l'océan! La chambre a un lit queen, sa propre vue et AC; il peut être laissé ouvert au reste de l'unité ou rendu privé en fermant les portes shoji. La salle de bain a une baignoire / douche avec une barre de sécurité - l'unité est confortable pour un maximum de quatre personnes car il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Le condo est lumineux avec une porte coulissante sur la véranda et un mur en miroir qui reflète la lumière et les vues de la côte jusqu'à Makena, l'océan Pacifique et notre majestueux volcan, Haleakala. C���������est merveilleux de dîner en plein air sur la véranda et de regarder ce qui se passe dans la baie - nageurs et surfeurs, pagayeurs et bateaux dans le port, c’est infiniment intéressant. En hiver, les baleines à bosse arrivent des eaux de l'Alaska et sont visibles, juste devant vous! Préparez vos repas dans la cuisine et dînez à l’intérieur pour quatre; il est situé juste à côté de la véranda pour que vous puissiez soupirer au coucher du soleil!

La piscine en bord de mer est attrayante, la station de barbecue est populaire pour rencontrer d'autres convives, et les jardins sont parfaitement entretenus. Accrochez-vous à une chaise longue pour socialiser ou lire sur la plage. La plage elle-même est calme et agréable. Elle est idéale pour prendre le soleil, nager et faire de la plongée en apnée. Il y a souvent des tortues de mer (Honu) qui sautillent dans les vagues ou qui dorment sur le sable. Profitez-en, mais n'oubliez pas de respecter leurs besoins et de vous tenir à au moins 10 pieds; et ne les nourrissez pas.

Great place! The view is just amazing. It’s a classy Hawaiian style apartment which easily fits three people, even though the sleeper sofa mattress is more suited for a kid. Very quiet resort directly on the beach and tucked away at the end of the street. The sound of the waves can be loud though, and bringing ear plugs for the night is not a bad idea. Kitchen is well equipped to cook easy meals. The location is perfect and both north and south shore are within an easy 20 Minute driving distance.Would definitely rent this apartment again.

The beautiful view from this condo is the absolute best! The condo was comfortable and clean for the most part. We experienced leaking issues from unit above related to intense rain and wind. Response from property manager was immediate and excellent. Hono Kai complex is in need of general maintenance, but atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and we always look forward to our stays there.

The unit had everything we needed. We have been to Hawaii many, many, many times but this place was my favorite. The bedroom is next to the pool so that noise and people traffic is present but not too bothersome.

So relaxing!

We only stayed two days in Maalaea condo. The view was fabulous and we saw so many whales and turtles during our stay. You can also walk for miles on this beautiful sandy beach. The bed was comfy and there was everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and High lanai chairs to see the view.
