Truly enjoyed our stay! Check-in ended up being slightly delayed but it was communicated quickly and resolved with a credit toward the down payment. Amazing hospitality. It was the first beach trip we have taken as a family. My daughter is autistic and it was very important to me that we have an environment she could be comfortable in. She loved it. Proximity to the beach was excellent.

Awesome

Took a short trip with my 4-year-old twins and had a great time! They lived the playground right outside the door and it was great being able to just walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well-equipped. We hope to stay again!

We had a good overall stay in Newport. The location was excellent—walkable to the beach, restaurants, and cafes—and we could also see the ocean from our rooms, which was a great bonus. The home itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the modern kitchen, outdoor grill, decent parking, and that the property was pet-friendly.Check-in was not fully smooth, as we did not receive the key code ahead of time as stated and had to reach out on the day of arrival to obtain it. Communication with the property manager was generally responsive, and they replied quickly to messages.However, there was a significant concern during our stay involving an alarm repeatedly going off with an evacuation message. We contacted the provided number but received limited guidance and no timely on-site follow-up or clear updates. While it ultimately appeared to be a false alarm, the lack of urgency and communication during the situation was unsettling.Overall, the property itself was great and met our needs well, but communication and handling of issues could be improved.

Kid friendly and close to the beach! Pet friendly. This property was perfect for our little family of 4! And our dog came with us! The baby, and Our 3 year old slept in the extra bedroom and it had plenty of seating and room. We even had a couple guests for dinner and had plenty of room! They even had a kite and some Lego toys to play with for the kids! Perfect vacation for our family! It was walking distance to the beach for our little ones and Newport downtown was close by.
