Notre appartement est un petit mais parfaitement formé nouvel appartement 1 chambre dans une grande zone 1 emplacement avec un accès facile à de multiples liaisons de transport. Pour nous, l'emplacement est parfait! Webber Street est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de Waterloo et stations de Southwark et également à proximité de Blackfriars de trains directs pour les aéroports de Gatwick et Luton. Moments se trouvent les bus directs à Kings Cross St Pancras pour l'Eurostar.
Notre appartement est disponible uniquement à certaines périodes de l'année, de Noël, de Pâques et certains de l'été, etc. Désolé, nous ne proposons pas de tarif par nuit et 5 nuits seraient le séjour minimum. S'il vous plaît noter que nous ne pouvons pas accueillir les enregistrements très tôt ou très tard. De 15h à 20h, c'est notre habitude, demandez s'il vous plaît quelque chose en dehors de ces heures. À condition qu'il n'y ait aucune preuve de dommages, le dépôt sera remboursé dans les 24 heures suivant le départ.

L'APPARTEMENT
L'appartement lui-même est un nouvellement construit un lit avec des équipements modernes et du parquet partout. L'appartement serait le plus adapté aux couples ou des individus, un maximum de 2 personnes. S'il vous plaît noter que la propriété est au premier étage, il y a un petit escalier menant à l'entrée (environ 12 étapes), il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Nous avons WI FI illimité à haute vitesse.
S'il vous plaît noter l'emplacement est le centre de Londres, mais il est encore calme à nuits et week-ends. L'appartement lui-même est situé au-dessus d'un bureau d'administration mais ils ne commencent pas le travail précoce ou créer aucun bruit.
Il n'y a pas de stationnement alloué dans la région. Nous ne recommandons pas que la conduite de stationnement et de congestion charges sont chers, mais il existe de nombreuses options pour les transports publics en étroite collaboration.
CUISINE / SALON comprend four / grill / plaque de cuisson, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur, grille-pain, bouilloire, TV / radio, haut-parleur bluetooth, WI-FI illimité, canapé, table à manger avec 2 chaises. Nous n'avons pas de machine à café mais il y a une petite cafetière 4 tasse. (Désolé, nous n'avons pas de micro-ondes)

A lovely apartment in an ideal location - close to Southbank, great restaurants, the Old and Young Vic theatres and transport. We have no hesitation in recommending the property to others, and it is a much better option than staying in a hotel.

Quiet, comfortable, very well located flat
This was just what we were looking for - a great flat convenient for the tube to the West End as well as Canary Wharf and in its own interesting area with the South Bank and Borough Market nearby. It's modern, well equipped and really easy to live in. Julie was quick to reply every time and very helpful, as well as flexible with arrival and departure times. We'd stay here again at the drop of a hat.

Perfect Apartment in London
Julie and Darrin are excellent hosts. They met us at the apartment and went over a few basic functions and gave us great tips and recommendations. The bed was comfortable, there is great space in the bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped. The courtyard was nice to sit out on during the evening. The apartment is a short walk to public transportation and a quick 20-25 min walk to most sights. There are plenty of restaurants and 2 small grocery stores nearby. (We highly recommend The Ring for Thai food - odd to find authentic Thai food at a British Pub but it was fantastic!)
We would highly recommend staying at Julie and Darrin's apartment!

Fantastic Flat in Southwark
We had a wonderful stay at Julie and Darren's flat. They were there to greet us and show us around, and giving some tips as well. The flat is exactly as pictured. Bed was very comfortable (and that's a big concern for me) and bathroom shower was large and had great pressure. Having the laundry and cooking facilities was a big plus as well.
I think this area is very underrated. It was walkable to everything - London Eye, Westminster , Covent Garden etc. Two tube stops nearby, bus stops, lots of black cabs around to hire. Numerous dining options from higher end like The Hoxton or H10 Hotels with wonderful rooftop patios, to amazing street food and pizza on the Lower Marsh.
We highly recommend!

Bright and comfortable London apartment
I came for a week to visit my daughter at Kings College. The apartment was one tube stop from my daughters dormitory but I always walked. It is in a great location just minutes from the Southwark tube stop. Also, surprisingly quiet perhaps because there is a business in the building that empties out in the evening. The apartment was perfectly arranged, everything i could possibly need was there! The bed was so comfortable and wonderful hot shower. I loved it there and would love to stay again in the Fall if I come back with my husband. Also, there was a shop around the corner that had everything you could need. I really enjoyed it there and would highly recommend this rental!

A++ experience
We feel very fortunate to have been able to spend time in this terrific one bedroom apartment. It is spotless, bright and very comfortable. You will find all the conveniences of home. The decor is fresh and contemporary. It is in a great location with quick access to buses, trains (Waterloo station) and the underground. There is a grocery store just around the corner and lots of restaurants and pubs in the area (not to mention a fabulous bakery). If you haven't been to Southwark before, it is well worth a visit!
Having said all this, it pales in comparison to the exceptional service from the owners. Julie is by far the most pleasant and helpful owner we have had the pleasure to meet. Thank you Julie and Darrin for providing us with a wonderful base from which to explore London and for all the directions, information and suggestions you so kindly shared with us. Much appreciated!

Fab flat in Southwark
This flat is ideal for a couple staying in London on holidays! It's bright and airy, with loads of windows, a big living/dining space with comfy furniture, and a very well-equipped kitchen (you could easily cook full meals if you want to). The TV has tons of free channels as well as radio, and there's a Bluetooth speaker for music.
The bathroom is spacious and brightly lit with excellent water pressure from the shower. The bedroom is small, and the bed is only a double, but it's very comfy and there's a big dresser with room to store your clothes and personal items. There's also a washer/dryer if you need to do laundry.
The hosts, Julie and Darrin, were absolutely fantastic and welcoming; they met us at the property to show us around and get settled, and were extremely responsive when we had an issue with the hot water, coming back and waiting around while the engineer fixed it so we could go on with our day in London and not miss anything.
The neighbourhood is not fancy but we felt very safe, and the flat is set back from the street behind a courtyard, so it was quieter and more private than we expected. It's an easy walk from Waterloo and Southwark stations and there are tons of small grocery shops, cafes, and lovely restaurants nearby. We lacked for nothing! We'd love to return someday for another stay.

Julie’s place was very nice! It was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Julie was easy to communicate with and made the check in/ out process easy. The flat is walking distance to Borough Market. Most of the major sites in London are a quick ride on the underground away. I would recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed my stay at Julie's flat. It was very conveniently located and worked quite well. Everything worked great, Julie was lovely, and it was a comfortable stay. The only niggle was that while the listing said the flat had wifi (which it did), it wasn't until I had already booked and paid that I found out that it wasn't high speed and didn't really have the capacity to offer downloading or streaming. I found workarounds to do the video editing tasks I needed to do for work, but for someone who might have been counting on having high-speed internet in the centre of London during their stay, be aware. The bluetooth Bose speaker was amazing for music though (need to buy myself one)!

However I would just like to point out for other potential guests that your comment regarding the Broadband is a little misleading as our WiFi connection is more than capable of both Streaming and Downloading.
I am sorry if it did not meet your requirements but I was not aware you were planning to work during your stay or needed a Superfast connection as it was not something you mentioned or inquired about at any stage.

Fantastic flat!
We can’t say enough good things about Julie’s flat on Webber St. It is modest in size, but has everything a single person or a couple could need. It is extremely clean and very quiet. It is also very conveniently located to get around all of London: just a few blocks from Waterloo station and lots of bus routes very close as well. For those not wanting to spend a fortune on eating out, there are a couple of grocery stores just steps away, and Borough Market is about 15 minutes away. All in all, extremely highly recommended.

We felt at home in a city we had never visited!
How wonderful it was to feel at home in a city we had not visited before. Julie and Dennis’s flat was just the place to end a day of exploring the wonderful city of London. They provided a book of helpful lists which made navigating from the flat to other parts of London a breeze and it was a nice touch for their guests. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos provided on the website, it was cozy and modern, it fit the needs of our trip perfectly. It was lovely to have breakfast at ‘home’ before we planned our day, and before heading out to explore the city.
The neighborhood of Southwark was easy to navigate, quiet for a central London location, and was close to many amenities. Local groceries stores, coffee shops and culture stops made this an ideal location (home base) to launch our adventure each day. Two subway lines were equal distance from the flat. We walked to many London attractions, and most were only a short subway ride away.
We would highly recommend this listing, and we would book this listing as our first choice for our next visit to London - if available!

Perfect home from home near Waterloo
This little flat near Waterloo Station was absolutely perfect for our few days visiting friends and family in what used to be our home city. The location really couldn’t be better and yet it’s so peaceful.
Julie and Darrin arranged to welcome us in at exactly the time we’d requested after our long flight and were most friendly and welcoming.
We will definitely be back, if they’ll have us!
