Cette maison confortable et joliment aménagée est prête à accueillir les résidents en quête d'espace, de luxe, de beauté et d'intimité. Avec 6 chambres, 2 et 1/2 salles de bains sur près de 1,5 hectares. Il est à seulement 8-10 minutes du centre-ville de Traverse City, à 15 minutes d'Interlochen, à 2 minutes du lac Long et à 5 minutes du lac Silver. Les possibilités sont infinies!

Doté de superbes planchers de bois franc en noyer asiatique, d'armoires en merisier et de comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Chauffé, le garage pour 3 voitures se connecte au grand vestiaire carrelé qui gagne l’entrée de la maison chauffée au gaz naturel, avec climatisation centrale. En plus des six chambres, il y a un espace au deuxième niveau avec un lit de repos avec des lits doubles. Au sous-sol, espace ouvert pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. Grande cour arrière avec foyer. Sous-sol complet avec une chambre et une aire de loisirs.

The rooms are all spacious enough for adults. Located just outside of town. 20 minutes or less to almost everything.

This TC home was absolutely perfect for our first visit to Michigan! Place was so specious and clean and the owner was very responsive and so helpful! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone! Loved the home!

Absolutely no complaints!

I stayed at Milly’s house with ten friends while we were in town for a wedding. The house was very clean, spacious and well furnished. It was a short drive into town but we could have happily hung out in the basement all weekend if we didn’t have other obligations. Milly was very easy (and pleasant) to communicate with.

A Short Title

Great property. Had everything we needed for our 12 man golf weekend. Milly was a fast responder to any questions. Perfect location to Long Lake, The Crown golf course, and Boone’s Steakhouse. Spacious backyard and a nice patio but there are neighbors close by. Plenty of towels were provided. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a great place to have a nice getaway with larger groups. We had an amazing stay! The house was very clean and spacious. Milly was nothing short of wonderful - she was easy to communicate with and even dropped everything to come see if she could help us when our 5 year old locked himself out of one of the bedrooms. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing Spot for Any Family & Friends Get Away

This house is an amazing spot to spend quality time and enjoy peaceful environment. Couldn't have asked for a better place to take the bride and bridesmaids to enjoy a wine weekend in Traverse City. The house is located an easy 15 minute drive from downtown and grocery stores.

Milly’s place was amazing! So much room for ten of us. The house was super clean and had many nice touches. Back yard is great for yard games. Communication was great and getting into the house was simple. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

We had a great time at the house during our stay for a weekend at traverse city! It was super clean and nice! Had everything we needed, kitchen utensils, bathroom and cleaning supplies. Milly was a great host and we will definitely be back when we come back up to traverse city in the future!
