Nouvelle propriété de location dans la région de Garden City! Superbes vues sur le lac. Trois étages avec 10 chambres et 6 salles de bains plus les enfants adoreront avoir leur propre grande chambre. En outre, une aire de jeu cachée pour les enfants au-dessus de leur chambre à coucher! Basketball de petite taille, pickleball de taille non réglementaire et volley-ball de longueur plus courte, le tout à l’intérieur du garage / zone de loisirs. Les enfants vont adorer la glissière tubulaire qui va de l'étage supérieur au niveau principal. Il y a une salle de théâtre, une table de billard et une salle de jeux séparée. Grande cuisine avec beaucoup de sièges pour votre grand groupe. Foyer au propane et terrasse couverte de 51 pieds où vous pourrez admirer la vue sur le lac aux Ours. Tant de choses amusantes à faire dans la maison !! Beaucoup de places de stationnement dans la rue, faciles d'accès en tout temps de l'année. Près de la piste cyclable / à pied, à 1,5 km du centre-ville. La maison peut accueillir 42 personnes. Cette cabine est disponible à la location pour l'été 2019 !!!!

Great Reunion property

We had 33 people of all ages, and we had a great time everyone had a bed! The kids especially liked the two story slide. The only complaint was that there are no closets or dressers. The garage space was the favorite of the whole family. The kitchen was very functional and well stocked.

A great place for a getaway

We enjoyed all of the nice amenities and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area are especially ample and roomy. The location is great: close to the lake and to Garden City. We'll plan to come again in the future.

Bear Lake Reunion

Great place to stay for extended families. The kids loved the game room, TV room, play area and bunk beds! Highly recommended for kids ages 4-10. We had more than enough room for adults and kids to have their space and also come together. Will stay here again.

Great place to celebrate my 75th Birthday!

Beautiful place! My 2 sisters & I, 7 adult children & 10 grandkids loved staying here. The young ones really loved the bunk bed room & play areas! It had everything we needed. And if you choose to stay here, enjoy putting together the Bear Lake puzzle I gifted the house!

Great spot for family vacation

We had 14 children and 14 adults and it was great! Lots of separate rooms for adults to have their space and lots of activities for the kids. We appreciated how many seats there were and how easy it was to find a different place to sleep (ex: tons of sleeping mats or pull out couches).

Family Reunion

This house is amazing! It has everything you need for a family of all ages. The kids loved the playroom, slide, and “boat” bedroom; and everyone had a great time with the space and equipment in the sport room. The kitchen and eating area is spacious. We rented the house behind as well for our group, so had use of the large yard next to this house and that was a bonus. But this was our main gathering house and there was plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Family Getaway

This is the second time we have rented this property. The whole family loves and enjoys the stay. They are sad when it all comes to the end. There is so much for them to do.

Great property!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents' 60th wedding anniversary at this perfect home in Garden City. Lots of space, fun garage/gym, so many amenities, including cooking equipment. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. All ages from 82 down to 2 months were completely happy.

Perfect getaway for extended family with all ages

House was split perfectly with a large gathering area on the main, kids play area on the upper and adult play area on the lower. Plenty of room to sit and eat without needing to eat on couches or in the kitchen. They had a fridge go out right before our arrival and provided an extra fridge in the garage area before our arrival so we had no issues with food storage. We will definitely be booking again.

This is a great home managed by great people!

This home is equipped with almost anything you would want or need for the kitchen, games, parking and relaxing. It is a big, beautiful, well-kept clean home for a large family group. We couldn't have had better service from the property managers! It was well worth the money spent!

Comfortable and relaxing

We had a large group of 20 adults and 20 children, including many babies. The home was comfortable for all ages and had everything we needed. The children were never bored and the adults had fun playing volleyball in the indoor gym and appreciated the parking lot style driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was exactly as advertised. We were able to meet the owner who was very helpful with questions that we had and showed genuine interest in helping us have a great trip.

We held our annual family reunion here and had 28 in attendance. The facilities are outstanding. More toys, games, sports equipment, etc. than we could use.The baskeball court in the attached indoor building was the center of their activities. 50th Anniversary Reunion

This house was perfect for our gathering to celebrate our parents 50th Anniversary. The variety of activities fit our wide range of ages. The kids and adults alike loved the hot tub and game room. The play room and pirate room were a hit with the littles. The porch swings were well used as well as the marble wall and gym activities. There was plenty of space for all. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of pantry, fridge and freezer space. The hosts were easy to contact with questions and more than accommodating. Thanks for a fabulous family get-a-way! 😊

This was a great home for our family reunion. It was furnished with things for all ages to do. It was also well equipped to help with meal preparation and many other needs. My family really enjoyed the setting, the home, the views, and the chance to get together. Giffords were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We were originally scheduled to come in 2020, but because of Covid we could not make it, but Giffords allowed us to reschedule for this summer. Thank you again for sharing your home with my family. It was a perfect setting to make a great family memory.

Perfect for our family reunion!

The house is a blast. The magnetic marble wall was a hit with all ages, and so was the indoor slide! We had a lot of fun in the sports court doing a family dance party and minute to win it games when it was too hot outside! The kitchen is super stocked, it had everything we could have needed and more! The dining layout works great with so many tables to eat at and still be together! The AC was powerful (that's important to Grandpa!) DeWayne and Hasee were great hosts. Responsive, helpful, and easy-going. We've done many family reunions at Bear Lake, Island Park and St George and this house has been our hands down, all time favorite!

Awesome property!!!

This house was probably furnished better than my own home to fix a Thanksgiving dinner! Everything from measuring cups and spoons to an immersion blender. All I needed to bring was the food. It has a large enough pantry with shelves to put food out of the way. Enough chairs and tables for a large group to sit down in the same room. It was big enough to really truly handle a large group. The property managers were wonderful. They were personal and were available for questions through out our stay. From the youngest to the oldest had a wonderful time!

We moved to Bear Lake 15 years ago. We had helped other cabin owners with their maintenance, cleaning, and being on call for guests shortly after we moved here. So we decided to build our own!! We love living here and enjoy the visitors that come visit "our piece of Heaven!!". Garden City is a great place to call home. We have enjoyed raising our family here and love hosting the many visitors who love to escape here!!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose this lot because of the breathtaking view of the lake! And the closeness to the bike path, parks, and downtown Garden City. We wanted to build a home that had equal-sized bedrooms and large common areas for large groups. We saw that an indoor slide was a big hit with the young ones so we put one in. We wanted to incorporated year-round fun because of the unpredictable weather in our area. You won't care what the weather is like because you can play indoors all year! We built a large covered deck that overlooks a view of the lake to enjoy the cool breeze and view of the lake while visiting or eating.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Nine of the bedrooms are equal in size with each having a queen/king bed and a foldout chair. Each has a TV equipped with a Google Chromecast so you can cast whatever you'd like to watch from your own device. The bunk bedroom is also a playroom with the 12 bunk beds looking like 2 pirate ships and also a toddler bed tug boat! Above the bedroom is a hideaway playroom that is like being on the top of the castle!!
