Récemment remodelée dans le plus pur style Santa Fe, la chambre à coucher et l'unité de bain ont le sens du style et de la couleur de l'artiste. Des illustrations originales sont présentes dans toute la casita (l'artiste de Denver Patricia Zilinski est en vedette).

Un parking hors rue à cÎté du jardin clÎturé coyote facilite l'arrivée. L'entrée se fait dans une grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un coin petit-déjeuner. Le sol en brique rouge et un foyer au bois fonctionnel ajoutent à l'ambiance; un haut plafond et une lucarne illuminent le coin cuisine.
Le salon a des sols carrelés, une cheminée kiva et des vigas, qui ajoutent tous à l'atmosphÚre de Santa Fe. Le canapé est également un canapé-lit queen size disponible pour les invités supplémentaires. Une chaise en cuir avec repose-pieds est un endroit confortable pour profiter d'un feu alléchant dans la cheminée kiva.
Juste à cÎté du salon se trouve une grande salle de bain avec douche, lampes chauffantes et grand comptoir. Une laveuse / sécheuse dans situé dans la salle de bain. La chambre principale a des planchers de bois franc avec un lit queen size en fer forgé.
Pour le prix, vous ne trouverez pas un meilleur rapport qualité / prix pour ce super emplacement. Assurez-vous également que votre location à court terme est légale et dispose d'un permis de la ville de Santa Fe. Nous avons un permis.

Great location, easy to get to town, hiking trails, & galleries, bonus- dedicated parking spot. Very comfortable for one couple, plus small dog- 2blocks to park & dog park. Nice small private sitting area & yard. Kitchen well equipped for meals. Very responsive host.

A true find!

The casita was warm and welcoming, well-equipped, with a great fenced backyard. The location was very convenient to many of Santa Fe's treasures. A block away was Ft. Marcy park - a wonderful destination for a swim and to take our dog for a morning walk.Hope to return in the future.

Perfect for walking

The location of this property was ideal for being able to walk into downtown and get coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Perfect size for me and offstreet parking was ideal.

Wonderful Place in Santa Fe!

This place was wonderful! It was very convenient to walk to the plaza and Canyon Road. We enjoyed the back yard for our dog. It was also convenient to the road that leads to the mountains. Everything was provided in the place. Fantastic communication! Thank you!!

Wonderful Week at the Casita Artista

We came to NM for business, leisure, and seeing friends from 20yrs ago. Our stay at Casita Artista helped us accomplish all of these. We were able to walk to the Plaza for dinner, shopping, meeting friends, sightseeing - only about a 10 minute walk. As a home base for hiking and exploring the NP and historical sites, the Casita was perfect - Bandelier, Los Alamos, Puye Cliff Dwellings, Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, Tsankawi - we could do these in the mornings and still be back to enjoy downtown Sante Fe. Both the Host and the local contacts were prompt in replying to any concerns. Would stay at the Casita Artista again if visiting Sante Fe again.

Charming, well-located casita

We enjoyed our stay in this charming adobe casita. It is in a great location -- an easy walk to the central plaza square, restaurants, churches and museums, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. We also enjoyed morning coffee and late afternoons on the outdoor porch and fenced in garden and patio.

Truly Artista!

A Place To Relax

Just the right size and close to town

We enjoyed staying at this place. We were able to walk to the old town where there are many galleries, shops, and points of interest. The "casita" was very comfortable and had a well-supplied kitchen. Having the washing machine inside was a real plus. Thank you for a great stay.

Good Location

The location of this property was ideal. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable bed and the scent free linens and towels. I found the interior of the property to be very dark and depressing. The one window air conditioning unit in the living room was not sufficient to cool the entire casita. Central air conditioning and updated decor would make this a 5 star plus location.

Perfect home base

I came to Santa Fe for a workshop, and used the casita as my home base. I wanted a place that gave me a Santa Fe vibe - not a generic hotel feel. It fit the bill perfectly and I enjoyed coming home each evening and spending a little time in the garden. The location was great and the casita had everything I needed. I felt comfortable that my host would be available if I needed any help. It began to feel like home after a week, and I hated to leave!

Great Casita

The location of the casita was perfect with easy access (walk or car) to the Santa Fe Plaza (downtown) area, as well as by car to other places in the area. The kitchen/dining area of the casita was spacious, light, bright, and very comfortable. The living room area and adjoining bathroom were also spacious and comfortable. The outdoor porch and garden area, however, were our favorite "room" for coffee and reading when temperatures permitted. The casita was fully stocked for all our needs. The only minor negative was that from the bedroom we could very occasionally hear voices from the adjoining unit. We would certainly go back again to enjoy.

The casita was just what we needed. Perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped and so we used it a great deal. All things worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Because of its history and diversity, Santa Fe has attracted people who love the beauty of the high desert along with the freedom and creativity of the West.
