Cet endroit ne ressemble à aucun autre dans tout le port A. Situé en plein milieu des Flats et à seulement 2 minutes à pied de Bernie's, Trout Street, Fisherman's Wharf et Giggities. Promenez-vous et prenez un cocktail au Woody's, regardez le poisson entrer, pêchez directement du quai vous-même ou admirez la musique et le coucher du soleil au Back Porch. Un tel endroit incroyable! Ce chalet de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain complètes est spacieux et décoré de façon incroyable. La première moitié du duplex dispose d'un salon / kitchenette ouvert et d'un canapé-lit. Situé à côté du salon est un porche qui s'étend sur toute la longueur du chalet. La chambre principale a un lit queen et la deuxième chambre un lit queen et 2 lits doubles. Ce chalet peut accueillir un total de 8 personnes confortablement. La deuxième moitié du duplex dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Le salon / cuisine ouvert a une cuisine complète et un canapé-lit. Situé à côté du salon est un porche qui est l'endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et regarder toute l'action dans les appartements. La chambre principale a un lit queen 'la deuxième chambre un lit Queen et la troisième chambre a un lit double et lits jumeaux. Ce chalet pourra accueillir confortablement 10 personnes au total. Great location

Very easy to walk and golf cart to the beach. Sip yard nearby and live music at other bars.

Guys fishing trip

The location was great and the property was very clean. We were close to the night life and walking distance to anything we needed. Communication was great and we had a great time!

Perfect location

We rented both sides of the duplex and it was absolutely perfect for our group. You can’t find a better location either. Walking distance to several restaurants and the marina! Will definitely be renting again.

Family Vacation 2025

The property was clean and decorated nicely! It is centrally located so it was perfect for shopping, going to the beach and dining! We did have a little trouble with check in as I didn’t get the door codes until after 4:00pm when check in is at 4:00 and we had to call someone to speed the process up. While the air conditioner kept the house cool some of the bedrooms were stuffy so it would be nice if there were box fans that could be used in all bedrooms. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Overall good stay

This place was was pretty good for the location. The room description do you need to be updated because there was more beds that we thought there were, but that was not an issue. The house was clean and the property managers were friendly. This was located right in the downtown area with everything and walking distance. If you have a big group I would recommend booking here

Walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars and marina. Very comfortable beds and cutely decorated. We also rented a golf cart.

Horrible place to stay

Upon arrival, we immediately encountered several serious issues:•The cottage was extremely dirty, with visible grime and unclean surfaces throughout.•A strong and unpleasant odor, resembling dead fish and pet urine, filled the unit and made it very uncomfortable to stay in.•The property was infested with cockroaches, and we also discovered rat droppings inside the kitchen dishware, which is an extreme health hazard.•The kitchen was poorly stocked, lacking essential cookware. We were forced to purchase our own pans in order to prepare meals.•We had to spend a significant amount of our vacation time cleaning the kitchen and bedrooms, instead of enjoying the beach as planned.•We also had to spend our own money on cleaning supplies and pest control sprays to make the space minimally usable.•Our nights were not restful, as the overall condition of the unit left us feeling uncomfortable, anxious, and unable to relax.
