‱ ESSENTIALS: We provide starter trash bags, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Guests should bring or buy extras.

‱ TOWELS & LINENS: Keep white towels and linens on the property and avoid using them for makeup removal; bring your own remover. Complimentary beach towels are for beach use and must be returned. Missing or damaged towels/linens, including makeup stains, incur a $30 charge each.

‱ LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out request at 12 PM costs $50 (subject to availability). Overstays incur $75/hour. Not offered in June, July, or August.

‱ GOLF CART LIABILITY WAIVER- By booking this listing you are entering into an *agreement with the following terms: 1) The golf cart operator holds an active, valid US driver`s license and auto liability insurance and assume all responsibilities for all passengers and add`l operators of this golf cart 2) You will operate the cart in a safe manner and adhere to Port Aransas Laws and Ordinances. 3) You accept and are held solely liable for all medical and legal claims arising from use of golf cart, accidental or incidental 4) Guests are responsible for any damages or theft that may arise from golf cart use including, but not limited to: towing, damages, theft and repair 5) You voluntarily agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grant Katus , Nguyen Vu and any other agents from any and all claims, actions, suits and judgments for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life and/or service that in any way or manner arise out of use of golf cart. 6) Golf cart must be parked in garage at all times and not left outdoors overnight.

‱ GOLF CART INFORMATION - All operators must hold a valid driver`s license, and active auto liability insurance. Golf carts are considered motor vehicles and driver is subject to all traffic laws: underage driving, DWI/DUI, seat belt and traffic violations, reckless driving, etc. Do not drive cart in water. Guests are responsible for any damages to golf cart including towing, damages, and repair. Please refill gas upon checkout. A refuel charge of $100 if tank less than 3/4 full upon checkout. Don`t drive on Highway 361 - use Eleventh St. Do not drive cart past beach marker 45. Lost Golf Cart key or garage remote incur fee of $100 each.

‱ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit pre-authorization hold will be made during your stay for incidental damages. This means the amount will be withheld from your payment source, but not charged. The pre-authorization will occur during your stay and will automatically be released a couple of days after your stay. Guest will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by the Guest or their party.

‱ LONG-TERM STAYS - Long-term stays available in January and February. Please inquire for SPECIAL pricing. Stays greater than 30 days require a background check, signed lease agreement, $500 security deposit, and mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Max occupancy of 4.

Great for family vacation!

We loved our stay at your beautiful place! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed! The bedrooms were very nice annd comfortable . Our grandsons enjoyed the games and toys upstairs. The beach was very nice and clean and the golf cart was very helpful getting to and from the beach with the little ones. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was quick to respond and very gracious. The house is well stocked for an incredible stay, whether inside or beachside, It's clear they gave a lot of thought to the little details. (thank you for all the extra electrical outlets!) Don't know if the property manager is also the owner, but he is a real professional regardless. Also, the golf cart was a godsend!

Great location and all amenities!

Property was as advertised and then some. Great location, about a block from the beach, so an easy walk, or even better, short drive in the provided golf cart. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms included shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Beach toys, chairs, shade tent, boogie/surf boards etc. kids had a great time!

Port A Getaway

We were so happy with all this place had to offer and its location was perfect. The golf cart was fantastic to have for back and forth trips to and from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. I wish we had tried the margarita machine it looked great. The beds were very comfortable and the decor is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need for the beach is stocked in the garage! Great family getaway!

This was our second stay at this great property, but we brought 2 grand daughters this time. Even tho it was off & on rainy while there, the girls had a blast going fishing every chance they got. It was nice to then come back for some relaxation to play some games and watch tv. Thanks again for the stay!!!

Beach fun!

Location to the beach was GREAT! Having a golf cart included was a huge success! Loved the rental, plenty of space for our family to celebrate a Thanksgiving getaway! Definitely would recommend!

Perfect in Everyway

We came to Port Aransas for a beach family reunion. Grant was amazing as a host and there for all our needs. The place was clean, stocked and we loved the use of the golf cart as it made our trips to the beach so fun! We will absolutely be back!!!

Beach Time Fun!!!

This condo is beautiful and the location is great. Our family had plenty of room, which we enjoyed to the fullest. The golf cart was a bonus, the kiddos enjoyed the ride out to beach😊 I will be sharing this place with family and friends!!!

Great Location and accommodations

The location was great! The vacation rental was updated and decorated beautifully. The property manager was very attentive. My family was very pleased with the overall property, and would definitely book again. Also the golf cart was a great bonus! Thanks
