Ceci est un véritable chalet dans les bois avec vue sur le magnifique lac Cowan. Cette cabine entiÚrement mise à jour dispose de 800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie suffisant pour s'étendre et profiter de votre environnement. Les caractéristiques comprennent 2 lits queen avec 1 salle de bain, une cuisine complÚte avec laveuse / sécheuse, 2 espaces de divertissement, foyer au gaz, chauffage et climatisation central, TV grand écran avec WIFI et poste de travail. En dehors des caractéristiques des ponts avant et arriÚre avec vue sur le lac et des sentiers pédestres. Cowan Lake State Park est adjacent à la cabine avec la natation, la randonnée et les zones de pique-nique accessibles à pied.

A lovely cozy cabin! Host was very responsive to our questions on operating gas fireplaces. Clean and comfortable! Enjoyed the woods/lake setting and quiet atmosphere. A bit chilly to hang out on the deck, but a great set-up for warmer days. Would definitely stay again!

This was a very comfortable and quiet cabin close to WEC. We enjoyed the view as well
the deck would have been a very nice place to relax if the weather is slightly warmer and dry. We appreciate having a quiet, dog friendly place to stay during ur horse show.

The cabin, which is perfectly nestled in a beautiful, peaceful area just seven minutes from the World Equestrian Center—an ideal location for anyone attending events there. Tom and Susan were helpful and communicative throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.The cabin itself was well stocked with essentials, including plenty of water bottles and linens. The dĂ©cor was simple and the accommodations were comfortable overall. One consideration for future guests: the only bathroom is accessible through the main bedroom, and the second bedroom has limited privacy, which might not work for all groups.While we did notice a musty smell and found the cabin not quite as clean as expected, Tom and Susan were quick to respond and assured us these concerns would be addressed. Based on other reviews, it seems this may have been an isolated case.All in all, it's a cozy, well-located retreat with thoughtful hosts.

Tom reached out to us a few days before with the secure log in. Easy to be reached if necessary, we had no problems to need assistance. A cute black and white cat greeted us and kept us company during the our 4 day stay. When we walked into the cabin it was clean and ready for us. It was warm inside but the wall unit cooled it down super quickly. It was easy to use as well They have a desk in the living room with a note book to sign or tell them of your stay. The kitchen was VERY WELL stocked with all the things you need to use to cook. That was perfect a as we wanted to cook more than eat out. Watch out for leaving food on the counter, bugs show up. We learned that with some donuts lol lol The cabin also has lots i the cleaning supplies. The backroom has a TV and streaming services with a very nice couch that was comfy. They also have a Murphy bed that was comfortable. The one bathroom was an adjustment for our family of 4. We got schedule down that worked out. They have nice towels available. Bathroom supplies as well. The soft water through is off at first so just beware if you aren't used to it. We realized on your last day that they had a trail to the lake. Bummer. We drove up to the lake which was 5 mins around to get corner. My kids had a blast "searching" for clams that we returned after we found them. The deck grill was dirty. The rain gutters were full and tons of spider webs so we cleaned up to sit outside. We will be back!

Cabin was nicely stocked with everything you would need and conveniently located right outside of the park. We enjoyed our stay there.(and so did our dogs)

Cosy stay in the woods

We couldnt have picked a better time. Secadas everywhere made you really feel you were having a nature escape. With the lake close by and lots to do you will never want to leave. Dont be afraid of nature. Remember its there home and you are the visitor.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin in the woods! It was close proximity to WEC with a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere to enjoy at the end of long days at the horse show!

Perfect cozy cabin

The pictures don't do this cozy cabin justice. Perfect for my husband and I to get away for the weekend. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked. Plenty of blankets for a chilly weekend. High recommend. Owners were easy to communicate with mad very helpful when needed.

Cowan Cozy Cottages

The cottage was very quaint and definitely cozy. Far enough off of the road to not be bothered by traffic. Not that there was a lot of traffic. It was very peaceful, and the cottage was very clean and well maintained. We will stay here again
