Three bedroom house that comfortable sleeps 6. Recently renovated, and ready to go. Very quiet neighborhood. Extremely close to WEC, Ceasar Creek and cowan lake state park, Wilmington College and downtown Wilmington. Fully equiped kitchen for most meals. Be sure to ask us about trailer parking!

The host answered all my questions almost as soon as I messaged him. The house was clean and convenient to town. It fit our needs perfectly. Way more than we expected at the very reasonable price!

Cozy little three bdrm house. everything worked as it should. Shower was very nice. It snowed 4 inches one night and the plow guy was there immediately after it stopped, even shoveled the walk!! Thank you we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay in your home. It was very comfy and cozy. The front door lock was a little bit challenging, but we managed OK. We found everything to be perfectly adequate and met our needs nicely. We certainly would be happy to stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very close to the Ohio Renaissance Festival! Multiple good breweries in town. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay during the two weeks we were horse showing at WEC. The house was super clean and well stocked. The location is convenient to everything in Wilmington. Owners are so nice and great with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house and location. Beds were very comfortable and house was clean. We had a couple glitches with the check in process, but was called back to get the check in code. Would definitely stay here again

Christmas stay

Quaint home. Clean. Appreciated the extra water. Amenities were generous. Maystay there again on visits to family. Would like to see some tea bags next time.

Very Comfy

My husband and I stayed for 8 days and tried to add to our stay but it was already rented. It is a quite neighborhood and very comfortable cute home. Beds I felt was super comfy! Would stay again.

Horse show stay

The property was clean and great for our stay. We were in town for a horse show. It was a quick drive to WEC. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

They Cancelled 4 days before my stay

The agent said he double booked and I had paid 3 months prior to the stay. No other place to stay at and I only had 4 days to figure it out.

Good value, would stay again

Two friends and I were attending the annual 3-day amateur radio meeting in Xenia. Housing is limited and EXPENSIVE in Xenia itself during the event, so we chose to stay about 30 minutes away in order to save a substantial amount of money (which we could spend on radio gear instead!). We knew that this property only had one bathroom when we rented it, and there were a couple of times when that was inconvenient, but otherwise it met our needs at a reasonable cost. The complementary K-cup coffee and tea were a nice touch and appreciated.
