La location de vacances parfaite d'une chambre dans le West End de Telluride vient d'entrer dans le portefeuille des Séjours Exceptionnels, et vous ne voudrez pas la manquer! Récemment rénové du sol au plafond, Etta Place 101 est absolument magnifique, offrant un emplacement imbattable pour la chaise 7 et un accès à la navette Galloping Goose de Telluride.

En entrant dans cette magnifique maison, les clients sont immédiatement accueillis par des meubles neufs, des couleurs apaisantes, des sols en carrelage en faux bois et une lumière abondante. Une laveuse-sécheuse empilable à gauche est immédiatement suivie de l'entrée de la chambre principale à gauche. Un lit king size se trouve au centre de la scène, accompagné d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche. La salle de bains privative offre une deuxième porte au salon, permettant aux clients d'accéder facilement à l'espace.

Le salon est spacieux et confortable avec un canapé-lit en coupe, deux fauteuils en microfibre, une grande télévision à écran plat et des vues de la chaise 7 - attraper la première chaise ne pourrait pas être plus facile! À côté de cet espace se trouve une cuisine gastronomique, avec des comptoirs en granit, une barre de petit-déjeuner pour trois, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une cafetière goutte à goutte de CuisinArt. Les repas servis dans cette cuisine immaculée peuvent être dégustés à la table de la salle à manger pour quatre. Le buffet voisin fait du divertissement un rêve absolu.

En plus d'offrir aux clients des intérieurs parfaits, Etta Place 101 dispose d'un bain à remous communautaire ainsi que d'un accès pratique au marché de Clark, au domaine skiable et au système de navette gratuit de Telluride, ce qui en fait un véritable condo 5 étoiles dans le centre-ville historique de Telluride!

Festival Getaway!

Outstanding location and property. Very convenient to downtown and festival grounds. Local free bus picks up right outside the door! Condo had everything we needed for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect location

This condo is beautifully decorated (just as shown in the pics) and perfectly located for ski in/ski out as well as a quick walk to town for shops and restaurants!

Great location, clean, spacious!

We had a wonderful stay here. Spacious for 2 people made us feel at home. Heated floor in bathroom was a nice touch and lift 7 and the hot tub were extremely convenient. We will hopefully be back!

Property is very clean, nicely located in an area that is quiet, convenient to the wonderful free bus service, close to the river walk, and convenient to walking to virtually any area of town if you feel like it.

Excellent experience for the 2nd time

We had a great time during our second visit to this nice little place. The ski-in/out location is fantastic, right at the base of lift 7. It's also an easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping. The place is very comfortable for a couple and well out-fitted.

Telluride Condo

This was a great spot for our long weekend in Telluride. Check in was super easy and the condo exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and quality. It was a short (beautiful) walk to town and the gondola. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location to get on the mountain but a bit farther away from the center of town. Walkable but be mindful. Excellent service from Exceptional Stays. Enjoyed our stay in Telluride.

Beautiful, clean apartment in beautiful location

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. It was clean and we had a view of the gondola out the living room windows. Lots of light in the apartment and very convenient on the first floor. The window coverings were also a nice touch to allow for blackout in the master bedroom and full privacy in the living room.

This is a great place!

We were super pleased with this unit. It was clean, well decorated and had everything we possibly needed. The bed was comfy, the towels were high quality, and there were plenty of supplies (tp, paper towels, dish soap, even laundry soap!) We loved the location and would stay here again without hesitation!! You won’t regret staying here!!

Amazing place!

This condo was the perfect stay for a weekend in Telluride. The space was comfortable and well furnished. The property manager was kind and even left us a little surprise since we had recently gotten engaged. The location is perfect. We look forward to booking this place again during ski season!!

Great place!

Came for our annual trek to the bluegrass festival. Crazy weather, so we were inside the place a lot. Spacious for Telluride, with easy access to the River trail. Trash & recycle were easy in the shed. Ramp outside made it easy to come in and out with our gear. Great place!

Great updated ski-in/ski-out condo

Lift7 loading is less than 100yds away and you can truly ski in/out each day. The unit was excellent and just like the pictures. All the recent updates were nicely done, the heated bathroom tiles were a nice surprise. The furniture/linens/heating made it one of the most comfortable ski condos we've stayed in.

Excellent location, great service from Exceptional Stays

I brought my two sons for a ski week here in Telluride. This location was right by the chair lift (ski in, ski out) and had a reasonable (not great) hot tub 20 feet from the condo. Highly recommended for a couple. My boys slept in the king bed, I slept in a pull out. Not ideal, but certainly enough. We had a great time.
