The barn was thoughtfully laid out and perfect for our family trip. Anyone out in this area should make sure to book ahead, as we got this by chance! It was a lovely stay all around.

Amazing place to stay

This place was exactly the way that it was described in the ad. Our family enjoyed our stay so much that we hope that we can return sometime in the future. The beds were super comfy, the neighborhood was quiet and it was close to many beaches. The hosts were helpful and welcoming!

Our trip to Comox was fantastic. It was made especially enjoyable with the availability to stay at the “BARN”. The accommodations were first class and as described. I loved the setting of the property in the woods and I especially loved the greeting from the dogs.

Cozy cabin close to skiing

This property was close to Mt Washington which served us for skiing. It was a cozy well maintained place to stay. Highly recommend!

Exceptional home on a beautiful piece of property. So well appointed and comfortable. Beautiful high ceilings, sunny patio and a cozy fireplace. Laundry!! Hope to stay there again.

Amazing Hospitaity

Clean, spacious & even better than the pictures! The outside space is laid out so well, beds are super comfy & the kitchen has anything you would need-which is so nice for doing meals in. Lots of towels & a great space for our family of 4. If you have a vehicle to get around in, we’d ABSOLUTELY recommend this place-being in an acreage setting was great!

Calm retreat

Fantastic place! Loved cooking in the well equipped and spacious kitchen. The bath with jetted tub and spa shower was delightful. Good spot to explore beaches and hiking from. Hosts were lovely and very responsive. Kids loved getting to play outside and meet the dogs (puppy!). We could've stayed far longer and would love to return some time.

Loved it!

The Barn is a lovely uniquely designed property that exceeded our expectations. It’s nestled in an off the beaten path bucolic farmland setting. But still a short drive to other areas in the Comox Valley for easy exploring. We’ll be back!

Staicase could be an issue with mobility issue or small children . No washroom upstairs so you have to negotiate the spiral staircase. Perfectly fine for normal adults

Best holiday ever.

Booking was very easy and the location of the property was easy to find. The instructions sent to me prior to arrival made checking in a breeze. Once inside the Owners instructions regarding TV, wifi were simple and only took about 30 minutes to have everything figured out. Fantastic stay.

This place is as nice as it's listing shows it. Perfect setting, beautiful accommodations.

Loved the Barn for my wife and my two week stay. Owners were great hosts, everything one needs was carefully provided. This location is ideal for exploring the Comox/Courtenay, Mount Washington and Campbell River regions.
