Phoenix West II fait appel aux familles de toutes tailles pour ses commodités et son emplacement privilégié sur le golfe. Vue sur la plage toute la journée! Ce quatre chambres et quatre et demi-bain attend votre visite!

Le salon est adjacent au balcon, avec deux murs de verre donnant directement sur le golfe. Étourdissant! Le salon dispose de trois canapés, un canapé-lit queen, ainsi que des tables de bout avec lampes, une table basse et un tapis à motifs. Un centre de divertissement et une télévision à écran plat garantissent une visualisation sur grand écran.

La chambre principale est carrelée et dispose d'un lit king-size avec un jeu de couleurs corail partout. Vous trouverez deux grandes tables de nuit avec lampes et un centre de divertissement avec télévision. Il y a aussi une chaise et une table d'appoint. La salle de bain principale a des comptoirs en granit et beaucoup de rangement, avec une douche à l'italienne et une baignoire à jets séparés, ainsi que deux lavabos. Vous avez également un dressing pour toutes ces jolies tenues que vous apporterez!

La cuisine comprend un bar avec cinq tabourets de bar rose vif, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un grand réfrigérateur et une cuisinière à dessus plat. Vous apprécierez tout l'espace du cabinet et le wet-bar à proximité avec une cave à vin et un évier. Il y a aussi un espace de travail intégré et une chaise si nécessaire. La salle à manger voisine abrite une grande table à manger avec dessus en verre pouvant accueillir huit personnes.

La deuxième chambre a deux lits queen avec une table de chevet et une lampe et une palette de couleurs corail et marron. Il y a une commode et une télévision à écran plat, ainsi qu'une salle de bain privée avec une combinaison douche / baignoire et des comptoirs en granit.

La troisième chambre a un lit queen et est adjacente au balcon. Il y a deux tables de nuit et lampes, une commode avec une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée avec une combinaison baignoire / douche.

La quatrième chambre comprend un lit king-size avec deux tables de chevet et lampes ainsi qu'un accès au balcon. Vous avez une commode et une télévision à écran plat, ainsi qu'une salle de bain privée avec une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Il y a aussi un demi-bain dans le couloir.

Enfin, le balcon est face au golfe comme nous l'avons mentionné et offre beaucoup d'espace et de sièges pour ces vues magnifiques.

Everything was amazing. We would, however, recommend a notebook with instructions for all of the remote devices. We never learned how to adjust the bedroom fans and the light with it! The maintenance crew was no help either. We especially enjoyed the fireplace. The recliners were great for my 95-year-old mother. Thank you.

Have never had this type of VRBO before. ALL SUPPLIES NEEDED! I always over pack but the lack of supplies…salt,pepper,paper goods etc…Only 2 elevators working on first day and during the week.HOWEVER…VIEWS WERE BEAUTIFUL FROM THIS UNIT. BEDS COMFY AND LOTS OF PILLOWS.

Family Getaway

Our kids, including spouses, came and we had a great stay. It was important to have nice, separate bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure comfortable space for the week. The floor to ceiling glass walls on two sides provided an awesome view. Furnishings were top notch. Would definitely come back!

Best Place We've Ever Stayed

This is the most beautiful condo we've ever staryed in. The views from every bedroom and kitchen/dining/living room are breathtaking. The furniture, fixtures, decor, fireplace, outdoor furniture, artwork, etc. are all exceptional. We will never stay in another unit!

The complex is great! Our condo had issues, blinds didn’t work so it was blinding in the living room, notified maintaince they didn’t respond until our last night. Toilet paper holder in bedroom was broken.

Perdido Playcation

This property was amazing and a great location. It was convenient for the beach, pool, slide and lazy river. The staff was very helpful and professional. Everything in the condo and on property was clean and maintained. This condo was perfect for our family with a large kitchen and living area. The blackout curtains in each room were so nice. The patio had a gorgeous view and was awesome for the sunrise and sunsets. We highly recommend PW II.

Repeat customers

We've stayed in this condo twice so far and enjoy it. Pros- You can park in the garage and walk straight into the unit from the garage without waiting for the elevator- huge time saver. Lots of space well stocked kitchen The floor is low enough to take the stairs if you don't have a lot of gear when the elevators are packed. Indoor pool is rarely crowded when you need a break from the sun or beach Splash pad is a nice spot for the little kids to play and get out their energy Cons Not the unit's fault but the elevators can take 20 min or more during peak times. We had some issues with hot water during our stay, particularly in the master shower. We would just shower in another room so it wasn't a major deal for us but we went with close family. The master bath only has a door between the bath and the bedroom (no door by the toilet) nether the door to the bathroom nor the door to the bedroom locks. A little bit of a pain when trying to have some privacy. After two visits I still can't figure out how to work the right side of the stove. User error I'm sure! Even though the unit has 4 bedrooms you're only guaranteed 2 passes. You have to purchase the passes through Brett Robinson and some cars will likely have to go to the overflow lot (which is really just a field about 10-15 min away). Again, not the unit's fault but a con of the property. We didn't have sheets for the pull out bed. When we went down to the front desk the security guard couldn't help (it was late) so we had to do without for the first night. Would seem like a simple request for sheets should be able to be accommodated by any person at any time. Next time we'll check for those things as soon as we check in! All in all we've stayed her twice and would return if/when we return to Phoenix West II. The property has some trade offs, but then again, they all do!

Great location with fabulous views.

We have rented many places through VRBO. This property was just as advertised. Every room has a view of the east side of the beach. As a corner unit you also get the views west - nice location to watch the sun set. Our family includes 2 in their twenties and one 19 year old. All agreed that this is a great property.

Condo was fantastic and very clean.

The only problem we had was the curbs in the parking deck. They are the color as the floor plus there was a light where we entered the parking deck from our room. My brother tripped over it and was bruised and had several cuts. You need to complain to Brett Robinson and have them paint them a different color. They also need to make sure the lights by the door is not blown.
