Il s'agit d'une unité de construction récente (2014) construite sur un garage dans un quartier très central de San Diego, à quelques minutes de la plupart des attractions principales de San Diego. L'un des points forts est le pont supérieur utilisé pour les brunchs et les feux d'artifice.

Notre établissement est proche de Ballast Point, du Fashion Valley Mall, USD et de la station de tramway Morena / Linda Vista. Vous adorerez l'emplacement, les grands espaces et les nouvelles finitions. Nous avons un roi confortable, une reine et un canapé-lit qui se déplie et contient toute la literie et les oreillers dans le compartiment du côté élévateur.

Convenient Location

This place was perfect for our family of four adults and a baby. It was close to the zoo, balboa Park, beaches and lots of restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and a travel crib and high chair were provided.

When we arrived the AC was not working. Thankfully we were gone during most of the day and able to open the windows in the evening to cool the apartment down. As for cleanliness, it was ok definitely not great. The walls and baseboards were pretty dirty, definitely need a little tlc. The comforters should be updated and replaced and there are some stains on them but the sheets and bedding were clean. The original listing showed the sofa to be a pull out but it was not. They instead had an air mattress to use but we did not use it. We liked that the living room had a room divider, creating a third bedroom. The shower had great water pressure which was very nice. We didn’t use the kitchen appliances to rate those. Our host was very responsive to any communication needs and did get the AC fixed . The apartment was in a good location for our needs and had onsite parking which was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

I love to travel, and when I first started hosting as a young, single professional in my early 30s, it was a great way to subsidize that passion. Now, I'm a little older, have a family of my own, and a few gray hairs to boot. My traveling habit has unfortunately been reduced as time commitments pile up. So now, this service helps me provide for my family while still allowing me to meet new people from other parts of the world.

As a host, I like to give my guests their space but can be available at a moment's notice (I live 5 minutes away).

I look forward to continuing my vacation rentals to meet new people and share our experiences.

I purchased this property because I was familiar with the neighborhood and it's central location.

Since I've purchase the property I've added more units to the parcel so that I could live in one of the units and rent the other one out.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I would say the main benefit to this house is it's proximity to so many wonderful attractions San Diego has to provide. One could argue that it is located in the heart of San Diego.

Additionally, it's near the trolley line (5 minute walk) and the neighbors are super friendly.
