Heated Pool, hot tub, waterfall features, with lights, were greatly enjoyed. Enormous gameroom, with high-quality (Brunswick) ping pong, air hockey, foosball, pool table, Sonos sound system, was greatly enjoyed. Propane grill was greatly enjoyed.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

House is accessible to multiple sightseeing locations within 20-45 minute drive. Very responsive property manager/owner (George) - dropped off/provided shampoo and conditioner when asked since they were missing from bathrooms but listed as available on Vrbo. He also promptly replaced broken coffee maker and provided ground coffee with it.

Fantastic Oasis

Had an absolutely amazing stay for a long weekend with friends and family. The property is private and expansive with 5 bedrooms, pool area, dance floor area and huge game room. It was perfect having a group of ten people ranging from adults to older teens to tweens. Everyone had tons of space to spread out and have fun. The property managers were amazing and very responsive to our every need. Will definitely be coming back!

Family time

Property was perfect for a little family get together. It was spacious, clean, and comfy. The pool and game room where a big hit with all. Property manager and owner were very responsive to any issue or questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun party house.

Great location for a group of friends to enjoy all the amenities of a party house. Love the waterfall to help keep the pool cool and the game room is fantastic. Great Mister system as well.

Great Stay!

The property is really big. We were greeted upon our arrival to give us a quick tour of the property. The pool area was nice and clean and warm for our stay. There were plenty of rooms and a playroom that was huge with a lot of room to hang out with friends and family. We didn’t have any issues with anything and response time was quick. The gate wasn’t opening properly when we got there but fixed by the next morning. Thank you for a great stay.

I'll be back, for sure!

My frinds and I booked this place spontaneously for a quick Bachelorette party and we had an incredible time! We had conflictind travel schedules and were able to find this gem in the middle of the week, and couldn't be happier. Everything was super clean, quete, comfortable, peacful, beautiful pool and lounge areas, a cool game room and the host was eager to help with anything we asked. Eventough it was a short stay we all felt very relaxed and disconnected from the hustle of the city. I'll definitely go back there soon with my family!

Incredible Stay at Resort-Like Home

We were worried about making the trip to Palm Springs in the middle of summer, but this house really made it easy to deal with the heat and have plenty of fun. First, there is a huge game room with enough games for at least 10 people to enjoy at the same time, and you never really get tired of these games either! The pool area is also covered with a patio that has several feet of cool mist that is working around the clock. Even at the hottest part of the day, the misters make it feel really nice to be out in the sun. The pool is also surrounded by a sort of plasti glass pane that shades the pool in the afternoon. Everything about this house was clearly very well thought out by the owner, and executed perfectly. It is always easy to tell when a homeowner cares about the product they are renting to consumers, and that is very easy to tell with this home. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Excellent stay

This was my second time staying with my family here . This vacation home is it’s own resort. We enjoyed all the amenities , pool , mist , ac , front area , front tv area, outdoor area, dancing area , etc . This oasis is huge and amazing. Definitely going to make this place a tradition.

Host Serozh was great. The house is a must stay it’s beautiful home. This is my second time staying and I will definitely stay here again. Host is quick to respond the pool and house is great. A must stay.

Excellent accomodations

We really enjoyed the game room this time. The water temperature was excellent, music and pool atmosphere was on point and there was 24/7 service at the house for any items you needed. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable for 12 people.

Great getaway!

This rental was perfect for a large family vacation! We had everything we needed and all the space we wanted. The pool was fantastic! The owner was very flexible and nice about check in and out. We had a great time!

House and Host

Christmas family reunion in the desert

Our family enjoyed this property. We spent many hours in the pool and jacuzzi. Lots of bedrooms with many comfortable beds to sleep in.

Great stay. Pools are the best!

Nine adults and a little 2-year-old found out that the best way to spend time with each other is renting a property with a pool! The water temperature was perfect. The property manager could not have been more supportive of us relaxing and enjoying ourselves. The property is very private and remote.

Beautiful property with lots of landscape and room to relax.

Wonderful stay!

As other reviews have said, the pictures don’t do justice to this place! Our large group had a wonderful time and the manager George was very helpful to explain everything to us at check in. The kids loved the wild bunnies on the property 😊

30th Birthday Party

A group of friends and I rented this property for my 30th birthday party. The property and amenities were AMAZING! The pool is a lot bigger compared to the pictures and it was the perfect spot for the Palm Springs heat wave! The property is huge and the house slept all of my guests comfortably. I would highly recommend this spot for any kind of big birthday or bachelorette party. As stated in other comments, the pictures do not do it justice and it’s a lot bigger than what is featured. I love this spot and would absolutely return.

Celebration of Family

Enchanting. A very thoughtful property. Enjoyed the many places to sit and enjoy the day. The house was ready and freshly cleaned. Our car thermometer read 121 degrees but the house was a wonderful 71 degrees consistently. Celebrated milestones in our family and this is a wonderful property to have our festivities. I will admit the discovery of the domestic white rabbits by my granddaughters was a surprise and so fun to watch.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful. It has a pool and a spa and also a separate little pool for the little ones! It has many areas for different type of groups. In our stay we had 3-4 families and we all were separated and had our own fun! We did arrive and had no internet and the following day the fridge gave us some problems and we also didn’t have water for a bit. But a maintenance/worker was near by to fix all the issues. He answered every question and answered all my calls. The maintenance/worker was near the house and roaming by the property which was convenient but also a bit awkward. But the house was beautiful and and we all had a great time!

Phenomenal pick!

This house was everything and more! Ivan the property manager was attentive and made our stay memorable. The size of the house and the layout is something to behold. I didn’t expect the pool area to be as large and as nice as it was. I rented this VRBO for my bachelorette and I had a truly unique experience. The house sleeps 16 comfortably. I will be booking this house again! The neighbors did not complain and we were able to enjoy the amenities.
