Retraite au bord du lac, nouveau hangar Ă  bateaux, gazebo en eau profonde

Confortable mobile home de style unique des années 1960 sur deux chambres à coucher, récemment rénové, sur le lac Norman. Belle vue depuis la grande terrasse couverte donnant sur une large crique sur le lac. Beaucoup de places à l'extérieur pour profiter de la vue!

Tout nouveau gazebo et hangar à bateaux si vous souhaitez apporter un bateau ou des jetskis. 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards et nouilles debout, gratuits avec la location. Fosse de fer à cheval dans la cour avant, foyer dans la cour à cÎté du lac. Cerceau de basket-ball de l'eau attaché au quai. Profitez d'une partie de cheval sur le lac ou d'une partie de trou de maïs au bord du lac. Paniers de basket et de maïs fournis.

2 chambres (1 lit queen, 1 complet) et divan-lit gigogne 6 personnes. TĂ©lĂ©vision, cĂąble et wi-fi disponible. À 5 minutes de l'Ă©picerie Food Lion, de Walgreens et des restaurants. 10 minutes en voiture de Target, Wal Mart, cinĂ©ma, bowling, 2 terrains de golf publics et I-77. 30 minutes de Charlotte.

Absolument PAS DE PARTIES autorisĂ©es. C'est un quartier rĂ©sidentiel et nous sommes amis avec les voisins. Ils nous appelleront, ainsi que la police, s’il ya trop d’invitĂ©s sur la propriĂ©tĂ© Ă  tout moment de la journĂ©e.

Wonderful site for outdoor fun! Our favorite features were the two large decks on the house and dock. We enjoyed the fire pit, kayaks, and paddle boards. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The home is older but clean and well kept. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. We would come back!

Much needed break!

Peaceful little place nestled in a very nice neighborhood, right on the water. Huge back deck overlooking Lake Norman. A simple drive to food and shopping. Host goes above and beyond to ensure you have the things most likely forgotten when packing! Hope to be able to book this place many more times in the future!

Loved the dock and back deck. Beautiful view. We were very comfortable there. The place reminded me of our fishing trips with family in Canada. Very serene

Small house, excellent back yard.

Great place for a fishing trip. Only changes would be new stove, smaller bed frame that fits matress in guest room. Not a must but screened in back porch. Boat dock was 5 star. Plenty of parking room. House was well stocked. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay. The lake is so beautiful and peaceful. We visited in March so a little cold to go in but will definitely come back. The property was clean and very comfortable. Very grateful for an amazing vacation!

Extended weekend on the Lake.

Property is exactly as described. Awesome dock and gazebo on the water. Great view, quiet neighborhood and convenient to most everything. Met the host, great guy, cares about his guests. Will book again when down at the Lake with less than 6 of us!!!

A short stay

We stayed a few days and had a peaceful time! My husband and kids enjoyed the dock and fishing! The kids also loved the kayaks! We enjoyed fires and the special treats that were left!

Great place for boaters

If you're looking for a quiet place on the lake, and a spot to tie up you're boat this is it. The property is cozy and nostalgic. Paddle boards and kayaks are provided and the boat house and over water gazebo are perfect for the watersports fan. The host was awesome. He worked with me on a last minute request to stay another day and was always there if l needed anything. Will definitely make this place one of my regular stays.

Lake Stay

The trip was a good time. The home is exactly as decribed. We spent most of our time at a friend home during the day and used the home for its dock and a place to sleep. It is not a lot of extras, or modern, etc. The amenities are extremely basic, but fine enough. The owner was very responsive and nice.

Quiet retreat

We loved the location and being able to stay on Lake Norman for a reasonable price. It was nestled back in the woods, but close to anything you might need. I loved having my tea next to the lake under the gazebo. The owner was up front about the accommodations. He definitely said that the mobile home was older but updated so it didn’t have a dishwasher. But Vrbo needs to update it’s listing to show there is no dishwasher. I would stay again.

Weekend getaway

The house is an older trailer as described. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because there were spider webs everywhere. I was knocking them down as I was walking down the hallway in the dark. :( Master bed is HORRIBLE, however, the guest bedroom bed was ok. The water smells like rust and there isn’t a light over the shower in the bathroom. The neighborhood is fabulous and the outside is fantastic. The dock is amazing and we had a great time sitting down by the lake on our trip.

Lake Norman rental

The property was well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard had everything that was needed and has an excellent boat dock. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time at the lake.

Perfect relaxation

Beautiful setting

My husband and I and our adult son stayed for a week while visiting our son and wife nearby. We have stayed multiple times at the lake over the past 5 years. This setting was gorgeous with the new dock and an abundance of lake toys. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit after a late afternoon swim. Unfortunately, rental prices have skyrocketed. This was affordable but the house is old and needs replaced since updating is not a likely option. The online listing was accurate, so we were not surprised by the condition. There were plenty of dishes, cleaning supplies, and linens. Since the weather was mild at night, we would have liked to have the windows open instead of using the air-conditioning, but there were no screens in the windows. Larry was very helpful and kind.
