Squirrel Haven Cottage on Lake Norman

Squirrel Haven Cottage is a peaceful 1-bedroom guest house next to our home on Lake Norman. Nestled privately amidst trees with a beautiful lawn leading down to the lake. With access to a private pier and floating dock, this is a perfect place for a quiet lakefront getaway.

Cottage has a combined living room and kitchen. Door from living space opens to a lovely bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, closet, night stands, and dresser.
Ensuite bathroom includes bathtub/shower, sink and linen closet.
In addition, high speed internet, smart TV, washer/dryer combo are also all available.

In addition to the cottage, guests are invited to enjoy the lake front including swimming and fishing from private pier and floating dock. Rented boats or jet skis can be tied off at the dock as well.

Our stay at Squirrel Haven Cottage was very relaxing. The cottage was very clean & welcoming. If you’re wanting a relaxing, quiet & comfortable get away with beautiful water views Squirrel Haven Cottage may be just what you need. Scott was very easy to work with. Cute cottage with connecting breezeway with main house. Screened in porch with 2 comfortable rocking chairs. Complete with washer and dryer. Only thing missing was a door to the bedroom.

Just as described and it was perfect for a weekend getaway. Right on the lake and host was very attentive and responsive. Will definitely look to stay here again.
