Cottage Astley - Récemment rénové. Piscine privée! Semaine commémorative disponible!

Conçu par un architecte primé, nous vous invitons à profiter de l'atmosphère calme et apaisante de leur maison élégante et moderne. Cette maison est à seulement une minute et demie de vélo le long du chemin qui mène aux spectaculaires plages de sable blanc intactes de Rosemary Beach. Il se trouve également à quelques pâtés de maisons des quatre piscines privées, de l’aire de jeux, des courts de tennis, du spa, des restaurants et des boutiques de Rosemary.

Cette maison est excellente pour une famille nombreuse, deux familles, un groupe d'amis ou une retraite professionnelle. Il a une suite parentale avec lit king size / salle de bain privée / balcon, première chambre avec lit king & deuxième chambre avec lit queen et salle de bain partagée, ainsi qu'un loft pouvant accueillir quatre à six personnes supplémentaires. Même avec une maison comble, le grand patio / piscine *, ainsi que les grands porches et balcons extérieurs de près de 2000 mètres carrés, offrent à ce chalet de nombreux endroits pour se détendre, lire, se divertir, prendre un bain de soleil ou simplement s'échapper.

Il a un grand porche avec une fontaine bouillonnante à la fin, et il donne sur une pelouse, un endroit idéal pour la pétanque. Il y a aussi un grand balcon en bois couvert au-dessus duquel se trouve le maître avant; plus une grande terrasse ensoleillée surplombant la piscine est le maître arrière.

L'intérieur offre une atmosphère de lumière, de verre, de calcaire et de bois. Le 1er étage est un espace ouvert combinant le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine. Les grandes portes du salon se replient, créant un écoulement libre du porche à la piscine * / au patio.

Good location but the kitchen is not well stocked. Management was quick to respond when the coffee carafe was broken. Light in the vanity upstairs was out, they came to fix it right away. Kitchen utensils are very worn and need to be replaced. The kitchen layout is awkward

Large multi bed loft bunk and three additional rooms offer plenty of sleeping space. Quiet street but easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Only negative was home and furnishing showing signs of wear and pool was not able to be heated. Consistent, timely information from rental agency made a smooth stay. Been visiting area for years, and once again, one of my favorite houses in Rosemary Beach.

Reviewer Comments: We have been to 30A a couple of times, but never stayed in Rosemary Beach, it was perfect for our family, as our children are ages 20, 25, and 28. this property was the perfect location, steps from the square and easy to get to the beach. The house is really fun, clean and well stocked. the second floor shared bath is a little bit odd, would be tough for 2 couples to share, but not a huge deal. Overall, I highly recommend this home and the service we received from the rental company was wonderful!

Reviewer Comments: Pros: pool is great, large outdoor space, Location of home is great, very close to Main street but far enough away to be quietCons: the design of the house is beautiful but makes the house loud and less private. The house needs some basic updates due to it’s age. Bathroom fixtures and kitchen fixtures need replacement.
