The Beach House was a wonderful place for our family to spend a week. The house was very clean and had plenty of space. The back yard made the vacation. The pool, lounge chairs and putting green were a hit. We utilized the grill most evenings and rode the bikes to the beach a few times. Great area to walk/run and only a few blocks to the ocean. We will be back.

Great place! The pool deck makes the property. The neighborhood is safe, welcoming, and the location is perfect for walking. In fact, you can walk to the beach. We were here for a month and the folks at Live Wright were fantastic. They were so accommodating and felt more like friends by the time we left.

The Beach House

We found the house very comfortable, the backyard is perfect, the trees provide privacy and the pool fountain made for a relaxing experience. The house managers are very kind and easily accessible. Vanderbilt beach, shopping and restaurants are all very close.

Amazing Stay in Naples Park

My family and I stayed at Donna's property in Naples Park. It was a great property and the real thing were as good as the pictures. The house was very nice and the pool was amazing. The location was really good and only a 20 minute walk to the beach. I walked to the gym every morning as well. This is our third year renting a place in Naples Park for our family vacation and it was buy far the best place we've stayed. If you are looking for a great experience at a great vacation rental, this is the place for you. We will for sure be returning

Good location and nice pool

We had a nice week here, the pool was great and the location is close to many things like the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Unfortunately, the house had lots of dog hair and ants when we arrived and the description of the property is not entirely accurate (TVs not in every room, bed description did not match, and outdoor furniture is missing).

Chris, Thank you so much for your feedback. We are adding the updated photos of the brand new lanai furniture and outdoor seating today. We also have ordered two more televisions to add to each of the bedrooms. We have also contacted our cleaning company to be sure they are doing deep cleans in our pet friendly home as well as an exterminator to come out for the ant situation. Again we take great pride in our home and without your feedback we may have never known about some of the issues. We hope we can host you again.

Great property! House was fully stocked and exactly as described. Outdoor space was beautiful and private. My husband had an issue at home and had to arrive later in the week. I felt safe staying alone at night with my daughter.

Vanderbilt Beach

My family and I had an amazing stay! The property is located approximately 1 mile away from Vanderbilt beach. If you don’t enjoy the beach the property had a great pool in the backyard, private oasis. The house was extremely clean and had everything needed from towels to a ping pong table. Restaurants and stores were in close proximity to the house, Mercato plaza was our go to. Had an amazing time and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place near Vanderbilt beach.

Beautiful house

We had a great stay at this property! Loved the lay-out, spacious yard with great heated pool! We appreciated the 15 minute walk to the beach and two bikes! Quiet neighborhood (one neighbor was up talking outside for an hour a couple of the nights on our stay - however we turned on our bathroom fan to drown out the noise and it worked perfectly)! Bedrooms 2 & 3 never heard a thing. Home was equipped with everything! We hope to be back! Would definitely rent again! Thank you!

Best house for our girls trip

We were very pleased with the house and amenities overall! The pool and the area in the back yard were fantastic! The house and especially bathrooms are very nicely updated. Loved the fact that the sectional was big enough for all six of us to talk or watch tv without feeling crowded. The kitchen table was perfect for six and we spent a lot of time sitting around it. There were 4 beach chairs and a carrier to take to the beach. One or two minor things: Kitchen needs some plastic glasses for poolside and more flatware. Bathrooms need more hooks for towels since there are possibly 6 staying in the house

Really Bad Neighbors

The house was fine. The neighbor immediately to the east was not. I do not think they have an occupancy permit post Hurricane Ira. No electricity - a generator running continuously in the side yard. Plywood across windows and doors. Looks like the grass has never been cut. Loud domestic arguments at all hours. The best of all was the night of Feb. 12, at 3:30 AM they started hammering on something wooden outside their house with a lot of metallic sounds of crowbars and rebar hitting the ground and clanging, along with a lot of loud talking. This went on for at least a half hour. Until they depart, I would never stay on the same block.

Great little Beach House

We, Mother and daughter) stayed for a month April into May. House is as pictured. Great location for walking to the beach, which we did daily. House was decently equipped for the month, would recommend some different kitchen dishes (not glass) and a few more utensils. Beds were decently comfortable and all bedrooms had a fan and tv. Livingroom was comfortable with large tv. The shared bathroom shower is a small stall and needs a lip of some sort installed to help keep water from running into main floor area. This bathroom was probably the only issue I had with the house itself and not a huge issue as I was only person using it. Plenty of towels and linens were supplied. The backyard area we enjoyed immensely. We like to sit outside a lot and this backyard was almost perfect for that. Due to the fact there is no screened in area we did have some issues with mosquitoes at the regular dusk and dawn hours. House is South facing and gets sun all day. Wicker sun loungers need some cushions on them as they are slippery and a couple are showing some wear. Steve (house attendant) was super to deal with and very responsive with any questions we did have. John (pool attendant) was also a pleasure to deal with and did a great job maintaining the pool. Overall we were very happy and comfortable in this house and would definitely return to or recommend The Beach House.

Next door neighbors house was in terrible condition. . They were loud and used offensive language. Did not interact with them, but coukd hear them.

Great beach house with close proximity to Vanderbilt Beach (1 mile walk). The house provides everything you need for a beach vacation (we even left our noodles for use at the ocean). Very comfortable home.

Forever Sunsets

This property was amazing, very well stocked, very clean and situated blocks from the beach, where you can visit nightly and experience beautiful sunsets. The pool was great fun. The property manager is the best I've ever had, everyone was attentive, responsive, friendly and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend booking, you will be completely satisfied.
