Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed and conveniently located apartment in Newport. Myself and three of my friends were able to stay for the weekend. We found the quality of the furnishings, Excellent. The house was impeccably clean and provisions were wonderful for coffee and amenities. The check-in process was seamless. It is well within walking distance of the mansions as well as downtown Newport and we enjoyed all the wonderful recommendations that Matt made for our stay. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thanks so much for a wonderful time.

Nice kitchen. Even had several cork screws. Could use a couple red wine glasses. Ut the martini glasses very much sufficed. Window AC/heat units worked well but a sign saying that the wall thermostat would have been nice. Not a big deal. Walk up the steep flight of stairs with luggage was initially concerning but it worked out fine. The back patio was great, including a fenced in small grassy yard for a dog or a kid. Very nice and unexpected! TV worked well. Able to connect my laptop and watch TV after getting carryout. No really "dining room" (just a wall-facing counter) but the coffee table in the living room worked well.

We were very pleased with this VRBO rental. We decided to stay in Newport last minute and feel fortunate this was available. It is a short drive to the center of Thames, but it is also walkable (if you don’t have a bad knee). The apartment is bright, clean and had everything we needed. Parking was not an issue. We will look to stay here again. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful apartment.

The property was in a good location, parking on street a little inconvenient . The door locks and codes need improving. On the up side , the condo was nicely decorated, well accommodated and very clean!

Great spot

We have rented from these owners before in different units. Their communication is fantastic and they respond right away with any questions or concerns. This location was perfect for us because my son had a lacrosse camp at St. George's and it was a quick trip with no traffic from this condo. This location on Thames is a lot quieter than others we have stayed at, yet an easy walk to everything.

Perfect place for a Newport vacation!

This property was exactly as advertised! It is beautifully kept, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The location was fantastic! Communication from management was great and we got a spot for our car on the street in front of the VRBO and never moved it again. We walked everywhere and there were so many great shops and restaurants to be found! A personal favorite was an Italian restaurant close to the VRBO called Vieste. The Arancini risottos balls were the best I have had in my life! We had a fantastic stay and wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO!!!

Family weekend

That condo was clean and felt private. We were celebrating our late mother’s birthday and it was in an amazing location with easy access to everything. The place was beautiful and relaxing. We had such a great time and would go back again

Beachy Apartment in Newport

We were visiting Salve Regina, and this was the perfect location to do that and still be close enough to walk to the tourist area / shopping / restaurants. Well decorated, well maintained, and comfortable. We enjoyed both decks. Easy parking right in front of the building in April. We appreciated the thoughtful touches - like extra blankets and coffee/tea supplies. Overall, a lovely stay!

Lovely base to explore Newport

The condo was the perfect place for our stay in Newport. We are a family of four visiting for the weekend. The apartment is in a perfect location on Thames street just a short walk from restaurants, coffee bars and the water. A nice easy walk to the mansions and cliff walk or short drive. The space itself was clean and comfortable with lots of lights. Nicely provisioned and access was easy with door codes.

Wedding in Newport.
