awesome place. better than expected. great location many things very walkable. Location allowed us to easily hit Jamestown, Providence, as well as Saunderstown where we had an event, the check out process was very easy.... takeout trash and pile up towels. we are very thankful for the opportunity to stay here.

Extremely clean and fresh place. Loads of space and tastefully decorated. Nice new kitchen appliances and nice bathrooms. Would absolutely stay here again. Very convenient location for our sailing activities.

I'd highly recommend this property when visiting Newport. I was with my two sisters and there was plenty of room for all of us, beautifully decorated and walking distance to many great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location of this property was fantastic! Walking distance to downtown Newport and all its great shops and restaurants and the beautiful harbor. The property was clean and very spacious. We had four of us staying at the property and there was plenty of room for all of us. Because of the proximity to downtown (the property is on the main town street), it was unfortunately a bit loud at night. You can definitely hear cars driving past and pedestrians on the street. The property is also the bottom two floors of a four story town home. The top two floors are also a vacation rental home and we could hear the guests above us.

A very lovely home for us (family of 4) to spend Christmas. The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, nice kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and sitting areas. Location was perfect for us due to being only blocks away from my parents.

Beautiful place with hardwood floors, granite bathrooms and kitchen, great appliances. Spotless. TV in every bedroom and common areas. Furniture was all new, comfortable and very stylish. Kitchen well-appointed. Plenty of towels and supplies. Comfy beds with high quality sheets. Location was walkable to mansions, shopping, and wharf. Unusually good lunch at Cru. Will be back!

The apartment (loft) was very convenient to all areas of Newport. Restaurants and shops and some mansions were in walking distance. The loft amenities were excellent for a week stay for a family or group. 3 full baths plus a powder room.

Great Stay

The home was as described in the listing. It was comfortable, clean and good location. There was easy assigned parking and some restaurants within a 5 minute walk vs. dealing with trying to find parking in downtown Newport. It was nicely stocked (soap, shampoo, coffee and plenty of towels). I would absolutely recommend for a Newport vacation.

Excellent property!

The property was beautifully done, very clean and neat and comfortable. It had a lot of room for gathering and socializing which was nice. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend the space to others! There are a lot of stairs so if you have trouble with stairs, you shouldn't stay here.
