While we're pleased that your initial impression of Sweetwood Lodge upon arrival was amazing, we're sorry to hear that your overall experience was anything short of excellent. We apologize for the issues you encountered and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. When you first reported the housekeeping issues, we offered to send a housekeeper to the home for a touch-up clean, but you declined. Then, we offered a partial $100 refund to make it right, and your gracious response indicated that you were satisfied with that solution. Regarding the beds, we are sorry that you did not get adequate rest. Mattress firmness and comfort are very subjective and vary between guests, but we will certainly relay your feedback to the owner for their consideration. We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback with us, and we hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future so we might redeem this negative experience and ensure an exceptional stay next time.
