An adjacent patio features a sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and fire pit, offering panoramic views of Mount Mitchell and the Blue Ridge Mountains—a perfect place to relax and soak in the scenery.

Also on the main floor is the primary bedroom suite, which features floor-to-ceiling windows, a sliding glass door, and incredible views of Mt. Mitchell, the tallest peak east of the Mississippi. The bedroom includes a 75” 4K TV for relaxing in comfort. The private en suite bathroom offers dual sinks, a walk-in tiled shower, and a smart toilet, providing a spa-like experience and added privacy.

On the lower level, the family room invites guests to enjoy games, books, or movies on the 85” 4K TV after a day of hiking, biking, pickleball, or exploring nearby attractions. Please Note: This home is located in High Rock Acres, a quiet mountain community with gravel roads that may be bumpy in places. There are no streetlights, so arriving before dark is recommended. Most vehicles can access the property, although 4WD is recommended in snow or icy conditions. Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance, driveway, parking, and spa areas; there are no cameras inside the home.
