Quartier calme et familial! Entièrement meublé 1 chambre, salon ouvert lumineux avec 2 canapés confortables, 55 "Smart TV, Wifi. La salle de bain a une douche avec une petite baignoire. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec curseurs sur le pont et grande cour fermée avec barbecue, coin repas, canapés salon extérieur, aire de jeux ... Accès au garage plein de matériel de plage, vélos, glacières, chaises, parasol, jouets de plage. Peut accueillir avec des lits gonflables, des articles pour bébés et des jeux, une chaise haute, une poussette, etc ... Il suffit de demander! Parking devant. Il est à 1/2 pâté de maisons de la magnifique plage de Rockaway, à quelques pas de la navette NYC Ferry, du train et de l'arrêt de bus. Vingt minutes de Coney Island Park, Aquarium!Mini golf, complexe sportif aviateur, golf du parc marin. Un pâté de maisons d'épicerie, restaurants, DD, pizza, laverie, gaz, église, banque, pub, salon de coiffure et de manucure. Venez rouler ou marcher sur la nouvelle promenade de 6 milles, arrêter et manger dans le restaurant local. Louez localement des planches de paddle, des planches de surf, des jet skis! Venez nager, surfer, pêcher, jouer, faire du vélo dans les parcs ou simplement vous détendre sur la plage.

Best location

Fabulous location! Perfect for kids . My 3 year old grandson loved the backyard full of toys! It was toy heaven for him and it gave us a break! The beach is amazing and the neighborhood is very family friendly! “Easy like a Sunday a Morning”

A wonderful get away!

My husband and I had a wonder time! The private beach was literally 8 houses away! Monique had bikes at the house that we rode on the new board walk which had 3 restaurants to eat at. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. If you need anything at all there is a cute little convenient store two blocks down where you can get some groceries. The best part was Monique is literally the sweetest person. We will definitely be back!

This rental is exactly as advertised, the pictures show you precisely what you are getting along with the description. The property is very clean. The owner, Monique has thought of everything and she is available throughout your stay for any little thing. We will be staying here again.

A peaceful beach getaway close to Manhattan

We just spent five relaxing days at Monique's beach apartment. The beach is literally at the end of the block in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was absolutely wonderful to spend time by the ocean breathing in the salt air and basking in the sun. It's exactly what we needed. Monique's apartment is spacious and comfy. There are two couches in the living room. So each of us could stretch out while we watched TV in the evening after a day at the beach. Coming from our small Manhattan apartment, having two couches and a nice, big-screen TV was a luxury we enjoyed. The apartment is equipped with everything you need from kitchen supplies to towels. There is a private backyard as well. Monique was super helpful, communicative and welcoming.

Exactly as advertised beautiful home amazing location! Host is very attentive and accommodating. My 4 year old keeps asking when we are going back to the beach house with all the toys! We will be back.

Nice house with too many rules.

The location is very nice in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The house is nice, with a big patio and lots of beach supplies like chairs and bikes which was great! The only downfall was the communication with the host, she lives right on the upper floor and is very controlling on how to use the space, limiting the house use to certain hours and pushing us to be mostly out. We followed the rules to avoid problems but we wouldn't rent this place again.

Sorry you felt there were too many rules ( no visitors) which I was very clear on prior to booking .Gave you many opportunities to cancel if you did not agree with house rules. I also make it clear I am on premises to avoid any chance of guests not adhering to house rules.

Great beach vacation

Monique was such an accommodating host. She had coffee, snacks, games, bikes, all the kitchen utensils necessary, beach equipment, etc. The residence was extremely comfortable and the location could not be better - I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend to any couple visiting rockaway and I definitely want to return.

Cosy, spacious, comfortable spot by the sea

This place is a gem - spacious, cosy, quiet a block from the ocean, and two blocks from stores, restaurants, and boardwalk, with a beautiful back deck and back yard, and access to bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Monique lives on the property is a lovely, generous, and attentive host. Booked my next stay while I was still there! Highly recommended - although I am tempted to keep this a secret so I can come back again!

Wonderful stay

My husband and two kids under 6 stayed at Monique's wonderful residence and we had a great time. The vicinity to the beach and quietness cannot be beat! The full size bed was a little tight but we made it all work with the airbeds. Monique was a wonderful and very informative and responsive host and our kids LOVED all the toys she had. Despite the fact that the rental isnt brand new, Monique has kept the apartment up very well.

Incredible location and value

Monique is a proactive and attentive host. She also respects the privacy of her guests equally. Communication was plentiful and seem-less, both before and during the stay. The home is just a few houses up from the beach. The beach was beautiful and had a real local neighborhood community vibe. Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The yard was perfect for pre and post beach time with the kids. The kids were so excited about all of the games, toys, movies, cable tv and of course, the kiddie pool and hose! The A/Cs kept us cool and the kitchen is stocked with so many goodies and cooking gear. We hope to come again very soon.
