Charming & Pleasant Studio, Ideally Located

Charming studio, ideal for a couple or two persons with separate beds. Very convenient location in Paris, 2 minutes walk away from the Subway (La Motte Piquet Grenelle metro station) and 3 minutes away from the Champs de Mars (where the Eiffel Tower is located)!
The apartment is very pleasant and decorated with light colors and all the equipment needed. Small kitchen fully equipped, large shower, large secured window viewing the small street without being seen (!), 2 small windows to be opened at any time, refresher system (fans) for cooler nights.
Ideal location, so close to the Eiffel Tower and the animated area of La Motte Piquet Grenelle and the Rue du Commerce, so convenient with many nice brasseries, restaurants and supermarkets just a few steps away from the Cavalerie Street where the apartment is located.

This was a charming studio and a wonderful location for walking to various locations around the city. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, and there are many cafes close by as well. The host is wonderful to work with and responds quickly to any messages/questions. If you find yourself in Paris, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect little place to stay!

We had a lovely stay! Host was very nice, informative and always communicated quickly. Check in was smooth and location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants around a couple grocery stores nearby.

The apartment was a fantastic place to base our Paris vacation! It has everything we needed. The neighbourhood has a variety of shops and restaurants and is fun in the evenings. Close to the metro to get around.It's really comfortable and while close the bars and restaurants it's quiet at night for sleeping.The host is incredible! Her communication is very timely and clear. She's incredibly helpful with everything we asked.

Wonderful Stay

A cozy studio with all the amenities you could need, just steps away from the Eiffel Tower and a metro stop. Wonderful cafes and restaurants close by. Anne, our host, was very responsive and accommodating. She was very helpful with advice on sites to enjoy, and more importantly how to get there via metro, which was greatly appreciated. Merci Anne! We look forward to visiting Paris again soon!

Great Location

Stayed here for two days with a friend while we explored the city. Couldn't ask for a better location - so close to the Eiffel Tower, the metro, and plenty of shops/cafes. Communication during booking and check in was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Annie is very hospitable, we arrived early and be able to check in early. She also recommend us a lot of places for shopping and good food/ cafe to try. The room was big enough for 3 person.The place is very clean and homie close to everywhere we want to go . Walking distance to the famous Eiffel Tower café restaurant. Everything was good just has problems with hot water for bath. We couldn’t to take showers because water turned to cold so we had to take showers one person. So just keep in your mind if you are 2 persons hot water is not enough for 2 persons it is enough for just one person.

The property is a on a main floor, which resulted in some mild noise and the need to close the blinds for privacy. Fairly clean and overall good location. I accidentally entered 2 people staying rather than 3, which the host did not confirm with me and apparently was associated with an additional fee. She asked for 90 euros cash after I had already checked in, and I felt I had to agree since she had access to our personal items. We likely would have chosen a different property had we known about this extra fee...

Wonderful Studio

Where do I start? The number one reason is Anne, the owner. She is very professional, patient with all our questions and considerate. We started to communicate in 2020 and due to COVID had to cancel. We stayed in contact and was able to rent her little studio for our Olympic visit. We could not have been happier. The location is perfect and close to the metro with many small cafes within walking distance. The studio is ideal if one is attending games at Roland Garros. Anne met us personally to check us in even with the many roadways closed due to Olympic security. She wanted to ensure we were happy. There are two new large Dyson air fans that kept the apartment cool even during the 95 degree heat wave. It is on the ground level which we loved and the building is very secure. The modern bathroom always provided very hot water enabling long showers and there is excellent lighting over a fully equipped vanity. The kitchen area has two burners and a small refrigerator with a freezer which is a big plus. The pull out chair gives additional sleeping in addition to a very comfortable king size bed. Really liked the individual lighting at bedside for reading. Anne has thought of everything from fluffy towels, umbrella, tote bags to a very in depth directory of helpful instructions and recommendations. Without a doubt, we were very happy with our choice to stay there for a full two weeks and would definitely return if we go back to Paris. Merci, Anne. You are the best!

Chambre correcte pour deux personnes, très petite cuisine mais très fonctionnelle..l’emplacement pour les commodités est excellent . Juste à côté de plusieurs petit restos, boulangeries , épicerie, métro etc..5 minutes de la Tour Eiffel..Pour moi le plus difficile fut le bruit..c’est extrêmement bruyant. L’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne ..Rue très passante . Fenêtre donne directement sur le trottoir ce qui donne l’impression que les gens qui marche sont directement dans le salon , il y a aussi un concessionnaire de voiture de gamme à côté qui passe à tout allure..on entend aussi les vibrations du métro sur une base régulière.je vois conseille d apporter des bouchons..

Enjoyed stay overall

Excellent location to Eiffel Tower and metro. Only criticism is that the bathroom door was out of alignment so there was an inch gap opening at the bottom. But if you don't mind the lack of complete privacy it's not a problem. Otherwise, out hostess Anne was unbelievably flexible with meeting us and sooo gracious. Highly recommend this apartment.

The perfect spot for a Paris getaway

My wife and I were attending a destination wedding in Paris and the location could. Ot have been better. Walking distance from the Eiffel was definitely the highlight. As well as being walking distance to various shops and cafes of very high quality. I cannot recommend this spot enough. 10/10 perfect in every way.

It is the perfect place to stay, nearby the Champs de Mars where the Eiffel Tower is located, just a few steps away from restaurants Avenue de La Motte Piquet, only 2 minutes walk away from the closest metro station and very close to many food stores and shopping stores rue du Commerce! The street is very quiet too, as very few cars do pass by and there are nearly no parking places or access (quite rare in Paris)!
