Superbe studio 32 m2 dans un immeuble traditionnel de Paris avec accÚs à un jardin privée. Séparation partielle entre l'espace à vivre et la zone repos.
Déco design, salle de bains moderne, chauffage central, Wi-fi, TV satellite , lecteur CD, cuisine américaine moderne équipée, plaque de cuissons induction, four mixte, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, lave linge. Belle literie pour 2 ou 4 personnes: Un grand lit + un canapé lit. Linge fourni. Vaisselle et batterie de cuisine
Un quartier vivant: nombreux bons restaurants, bars à vins, galeries, marché bio, épiceries ouvertes le soir, salles de concerts, cinémas, théùtres. Plusieurs parcs et le ravissant jardin des Batignolles avec ses arbres tricentenaires.

This place was perfection! Great location, beautiful courtyard, great amenities, quiet & safe neighborhood, and amazing hosts! It was so nice to come “home” and sit in the lovely courtyard, enjoy a glass of wine, and recharge before going back out. We did not want to leave!! Thank you Catherine & John for such a lovely time!

Mitten in Paris

Das Studio ist klein aber oho. Die sehr ruhige Lage im Innenhof mit Garten lĂ€sst einen vergessen, dass Paris eine laute und quirlige Stadt ist. Das Viertel ist (noch) nicht gentrifiziert, MĂ€rkte und Öffies gut zu erreichen.Eine absolute Empfehlung.

I always wondered what it would feel like to live in Paris. This place was very comfortable, and Catherine was a courteous and charming host. I imagine if I ever lived in Paris, this is what it would look like for me. Close to the Metro, but far away enough from the tourist attractions that you get an authentic experience. When I visit Paris again, I will definitely connect with Catherine.

Simply Perfect!

From the wonderful host to the delightful neighborhood to the charming accommodations, everything about our stay was simply perfect. Catherine was there to welcome us and explain a few things about the apartment. She shared information about the neighborhood and was helpful in answering any questions we had as we started our stay in Paris. The garden apartment, with jasmine blooming in the courtyard, was well-located, close to metro stops, groceries, and cafés. This place has it all! I am so glad we stayed here. Highly recommend!!

Quiet Apartment in nice Paris Neighborhood

We spent a week in the apartment and enjoyed this quiet refuge. Close to metros, restaurants, in a real neighborhood away from the tourist centers. Easy check-in. Catherine and John live across the courtyard and are extremely nice and helpful. It may be tight for more than two people , but washing machine and other facilities worked well for us. Went to nearby Rippaile restaurant on last day in Paris and had our best meal.

Wonderful experience

Everything was as described. Catherine is a very considerate host, and the apartment is a wonderful respite in the middle of a bustling area. The surrounding neighborhood had many outstanding bakeries and cafes, and it was less than a five minute walk to 2 different Metro lines. Operable skylights are a nice feature in the living room, and I found the couch really comfortable. We appreciated the option to turn it into a second bed as the main bed was a little too firm for my back, but the couch fold-out worked great. And having an outdoor courtyard accessible to only us and Catherine's family was a huge benefit. Several times we enoyed wine and cheese on the patio. Merci, Catherine, for your hospitality!

Perfect Mother daughter stay!

The design apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious & had everything we needed. It was walking distance to an extraordinary bakery, charming park, and many restaurants. It had a private courtyard & was quiet for sleeping. Catherine was a gracious & helpful host.We would highly recommend and stay again.

Cozy (yet spacious) apartment

Everything was great.The studio was bigger than I expected. (Other hosts take pictures with a wide angle. This wasn't the case here. I expected the bed to be 1,40 m wide but it is at least 1,80 m, probably 2 m.) I was there only with my daughter but I think it is a lot of space even for a family of 4.We had a warm welcome with all informations. There is a booklet with detailed guidance what to do in the neighbourhood. Also books about Paris, flyers, a metro plan...And we found jam, milk, cheese and orange juice as a welcome gift in the fridge.One out of four evenings we heard the neighbours and/or people from upstairs, but overall it is a very quiet area and we felt completely safe in the streets.Groceries and the metro (we mostly went to "Rome") are close.Thanks a lot to Catherine and John for beautiful days in Paris!

A beautiful oasis in Paris

We were so delighted with our apartment in our stay in Paris. It was beautifully arranged, with the owners providing all essentials and it included a lovely patio just outside our door. The best feature was the neighborhood—quiet and friendly. We could walk to a morning espresso or pick up groceries in a 2 minute walk! In Paris! Highly recommended. Catherine is a lovely helpful hostess.

Comfortable studio for 4 in quiet and nice area

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable studio with garden access. It is located in a pleasant and quiet area with proximity to many bakeries, cafes, restaurants and markets. The studio is close to three metro stations so it's easy to get around with public transport.

Fantastic place, good location, kind owner

We found this place to be nearly perfect in every way. Centrally located, but quiet. Courtyard in the middle was extremely relaxing. They provide everything you could possibly ask for. Nice water pressure, good lighting, nice desk and pretty sizable closet for such a small little place. GREAT sky lights and natural lighting. They even provided laundry soap and Nespresso pods :)

Cute unit in wonderful neighborhood

Catherine is a fantastic host! She lives in the main house and has always been available for us. Her place is small but well organized with a kitchen. Sofa bed is very comfortable! The area is filled with amazing cafes, restaurants and stores. Very walkable and locals neighborhood. There is a nearby laundromat which we really liked as it was gloomy and raining during our stay. We really liked her garden and enjoyed few meals in it. With all the hustle and bustle, her place is surprisingly peaceful! Thank you Catherine for having us.

Just Perfect in Every Way!

This apartment has it all! We were looking for something good for a vacationing couple that was close to the Metro line, close to all attractions and museums in the city center, safe day and night, walkable to shops and restaurants and offered Parisian charm! Catherine's place gave us all we wanted. The apartment is super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed and then some, like a Nespresso maker with chocolate and fresh milk! Catherine was a great communicator and made our travel to and from CDG with her instructions. We even managed a day trip to Normandy thanks to the great location and accessibility to the rail. Highly recommend

Loved it😋

It was the perfect place for a home base. Close to metro stops, great food (I mean it is Paris). Shot is so kind and lovely. Such a wonderful experience. I’d love to come back. I took my mom and my daughter. My mom struggles with stairs so she especially loved how easy it was to get in (no stairs) and the garden to eat breakfast was amazing. Love loved it.

Lovely flat, great location

The flat was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our short [4 day] trip to Paris. It had everything we needed when we wanted to eat or drink in, and it was a lovely added bonus to have butter, milk, coffee pods and even home made jam supplied. It was nice to sit outside in the courtyard for a pre dinner drink. There are a couple of lovely bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants all within an easy short walk. The area felt very safe and calm after the full on tourist experiences of Paris. It is well situated for metro and bus routes and a short trip into Paris centre or the train stations. I would stay there when/if I go back to Paris and recommend it to anyone looking to book for a short holiday in Paris.

First time in Paris

Great property in a nice neighborhood. Even better hosts! I did not arrive until close to midnight but was still greeted with a smile. If you are a walker the flat is easy access to Lafayette Galleries, Arc d' Triumph, The Louvre, Moulin Rogue and Eiffel Tower. I would not hesitate to book again.

This choice was a total success.

We enjoyed a short stay in Paris. The accommodation was 10; spacious rooms for a family and well equipped. The relationship with Kat was exquisite (recommendations for any needs). We specially remember a “boulangerie” just a couple of minutes away to enjoy a delicious french “croisants”, bread, 
 The apartment is well connected (bus and metro) to visit Paris. Therefore, the choice was a total success.

Great location!

Wonderful location with easy access to multiple Metro stops/lines. Amazing food choices. Owner was very friendly and responsive. A little confusion about the check-in process but overall great experience!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Cet espace est occupé par mes amis ou mes enfants quand ils viennent de New-York , mais vide une grande partie de l'année .
Je l'ai amĂ©nagĂ© comme si je devais y vivre moi-mĂȘme . Je trouvais dommage qu'il reste vide .
