It is a one room accommodation that features a large living space to include a small dining table and a small kitchen area with a mini-fridge and two small burners, microwave and coffee maker. There is no dishwasher or oven. The king size bed is tucked back in a small nook giving it a cozy feel. One of the best features is a small screened porch perfect for enjoying the outdoors bug free. If you have a small pet you don't have to leave them at home as this quaint accommodation gladly accepts pets!

The location cannot be beat, you will be only 1 block from the ocean and have a public beach access steps from your door. Just a quick walk across the street and you will be at Echo, one of St. Simons Oceanfront dining options or a block away are several of St. Simons most popular other restaurant options. You are also walking distance to a few shopping opportunities but certainly less than a couple of miles to the prime Village area which is full of an array of shopping and restaurants. The bright and beachy décor is just what you would expect for a St. Simons Island getaway. This is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a more private setting than a hotel room, you don't want to leave your pet at home and you want an economical option!
