The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions/request. Location was close to food and shopping (walking or driving). Very clean and quiet place to stay! We will be back to stay at this property.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful and clean property! The accommodations were not only comfortable, but they were spacious as well, with everything we needed to make our stay relaxing.The location is perfect with easy access to shopping and loads of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner because who wants to cook on vacation! Right? The Pier, lighthouse, and Saint Simon's Island Welcome Center were only a short drive away also with lots of shops and eateries to grab some southern food. We also enjoyed Jekyll Island nearby, and worth the trip to experience another beautiful Golden Isle. We played golf both on St. Simon's Island, as well as, on Jekyll Island. The courses were in excellent shape with manicured greens and lush trimmed fairways.Staying in this property is well worth your investment because there was nothing that we needed to do to enjoy living life better in this southern laid-back style.

The property was clean and very open. The "reading nook" was a favorite! The bed was COMFORTABLE! Plenty of closet room to hang your clothes. An overall great place to stay in a quiet area.

Simple Vibes!!

I loved the layout of this one bedroom condo!! The Location was exactly 7 to 11 minutes from everyplace that we wanted to go on the island and The neighborhood was quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean unit. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Found the twin pullout and queen sofa pullout uncomfortable to sleep on.

We are very disappointed that you did not give 5 stars.The pullouts are brand new and are as comfortable as a pullout couch can be, Did you expect them to be as comfortable as the bed? Maybe on your next trip you should book a two or three bedroom property instead of being cheap and crowding three older heavier adults into a one bedroom space. We work extremely hard to provide a top notch stay and receiving 4 stars just isn't appropriate or fair.

All the essentials!

We loved the fact that the owners provided the essentials: laundry detergent; dish soap; some tp; paper towels; coffee. We could settle in and begin exploring before needing to run to the grocery store. Condo was clean, the location was perfect. We loved the area and extended our stay a week! We so appreciate Thomas & Amy accommodating us! We will be back!

It was beautiful. Well equipped kitchen. We did not know where the outside trash cans were so we went to the other condo and put our trash in the dumpster. Not sure if that was correct or not.We did take the trolley historic tour and that was lovely. We ate at several of your suggested restaurants.

Lovely Place

We absolutely love St Simons Island. This condo was perfectly and conveniently located so close to everything you’d want to do. Owners communicated effectively and promptly. Clean and well decorated. All appliances worked well. Codes for the gate and door worked well. The pool area was lovely and easy to access. Plenty of proper amenities. Comfy bed and lots of towels.We hope to be able to book this place again in the future
