Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is quickly becoming the Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #225, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and comfortable furnishings.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. The Grand was amazing, amazing views, very clean and just a beautiful place to spend time with family and friends ! Very close to great food and the peer, the atmosphere and the employees were great !

Perfect View!

This location was perfect - the beach view was amazing. The condo was clean and well maintained. Loved the quietness of where we were, yet so close to shops and dining. The beds could use a little upgrade, but overall we have no complaints!

Perfect View & Comfort - What more can you ask for?

We walked in and just stopped to look at the setting - ocean in front of you and property inviting. The Condo was perfectly clean and equipped - even more than necessary. A glass of wine out of a real wine glass made the week-long stay perfect. Will definitely try to return in the future.

Great place for a relaxing getaway

The property is good. Pics need to be updated as the shoreline has COMPLETELY changed. That was not a welcomed surprise as we had to walk a lot further than expected to get to the beach and we had a handicap person with us. Helpful things like a grocery cart and luggage carts were very helpful! The place is comfortable, quiet and well maintained. I’d recommend it, but true and recent pics need to be posted.

Great, quiet, clean place

Our first interaction with staff was during check-in, they texted me letting me know my room was available 2hrs before their check-in time. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant. He had our keys and general information ready at hand. The property was very clean, nicely organized and beautifully decorated. The rental had clean sheets, towels, pots, plates, cups, wine glasses, dish soap, large clean refrigerator with ice maker, coffee pot, coffee filters and games. The rental was well stocked with essential items. Beach and pool was in close proximity. My family and I would love to stay here again! 100% recommended!! Many thanks to the owners and rental organization for making our stay easy and welcoming.

Great family stay

Very spacious, nice pool and beach. I would prefer floors 1 or 2 as the porches on floor 3 are not covered/shaded so you cannot use it if raining. Great place for a family
