Luxurious Condo is Great for Families!

Located oceanfront on St. Simons Island, the St. Simons Grand condominiums are spectacular in every way. Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer a selection of three- and four-bedroom condominiums, each with a private balcony and a direct ocean view.

Grand 324 has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a fabulous ocean view from all living areas as well as the master bedroom.

In the community's center courtyard are lagoons, lush landscaping, gas grills and a seasonally heated oceanfront swimming pool. Beyond the swimming pool, a sidewalk guides guests to a private boardwalk to the beach. Other St. Simons Grand amenities include gated access from Ocean Boulevard, covered parking, elevator, wireless internet service and nighttime property patrol. The St. Simons Grand offers covered parking and three elevators conveniently located throughout the building.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

As pictured and was a beautiful condo! View is great. Would definitely come back to this condo. Has everything you need for a stay. Master bathroom could you an upgrade , the shower takes forever for the water to heat up. Other then that it was perfect.

Great place to stay!

We had an awesome week staying at the St. Simon's Grand. This place was super clean and towards the end of the complex with a great view of the ocean and pool. It was an easy walk to both which was super helpful with 2 young kids. We could also easily walk to dinner at the Crab Trap and Crab Daddy's! Would highly recommend!

This place was clean and a perfect location for a family. It was not far from the beach and there was a wonderful pool. everything was easy access and seamless. I honestly would stay again if my family ever plans to be in the area again!

Lovely place and beautiful sunsets. Just need to fix dishwasher handle. One of the keys was hard to use.

Great location and overall nice place

Right on the water. Clean property. Well maintained. Easy check in and check out. Close to shops and great restaurants. My only complaint was that my shower was clogged. I emailed. Then called. They said someone was coming and they never resolved the issue.

Review of property

Couch and chair fabric was very dirty. Large dirty area on carpet in master. Closet in master and others so full of stuff made it difficult to put ours in it. View and amenities of property were beautiful very convenient to all we wanted to do. Probably would not rent this condo again but would work with rental company Hodnett Cooper definitely again. Their service was great.

bathroom & beach chairs

Overall, it was nice. However, my husband has to use a walker at night, and his walker didn't make it through the bathroom door because the door frame is too narrow. Also, the shower/bathroom could use an update. Additionally, an added touch would be to add beach chairs. Maybe put them in one of the condo or in one of the closets on the way to the beach.

Great beachfront getaway

Great condo, very spacious, right on the beach with a great view of the pool. Everything was great, the rental office was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great View + Beautiful Space

We were overall very impressed with this property. It exceeded our expectations. Our family was there and felt like although there was great communal spaces, we all had a good amount of privacy in our bedrooms too! And that view.....wow. Can't beat it.
