Hodnett Cooper presents this St. Simons Grand condominium, featuring three bedrooms, three baths, and comfortable furnishings throughout.

Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite. This condominium is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Full, 2 Twins, Sleeper Sofa

Amazing View!

We had the best time staying at the Grand this year. The view was amazing and property was so nice and clean. Highly recommend booking a stay!

Mother’s Day wekeend

The overall stay was great! Great location, great view, lots of food choices. The communication of between email/vrbo messaging and text messaging was a bit confusing as they send somethings through Email, you message the host but no answer, but call the property to find out the messages go to them.To also pay a cleaning fee to look under your bed to find a sock and open bag of gummiesShows that cleaning crew isn’t the best.

Great Spring Break Trip

We have always stayed at the King and Prince when traveling to Saint Simons but needed space for more people this trip. This condo was perfect! The location was fantastic! Great beach access and the heated pool was a great addition since the weather was not cooperating. We look forward to renting this space again!

Fall Break

Fantastic condo facing the ocean! Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for 6. The ocean is in view and less than a block away, and a lovely right below in a great courtyard. We would definitely return!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was just as it looked in the advertisement, plus more! The location was perfect, with the ocean right at our balcony! Furnishing were lovely, everything we needed was provided. Also, a big thank you for all the board games and cards, we enjoyed playing those on the fabulous balcony while listening to the waves. One word describes our stay, FABULOUS!! Thank you!!!

Girls Getaway August 2019

We had a great time at St. Simons Island and loved this condo. The ice machine was an added bonus since we had brought along slushy maker for drinks. Everything at the condo was as advertised. The views were amazing!
