Hodnett Cooper est heureux de présenter ce condominium d'une chambre à coucher et d'une salle de bain situé au St. Simons Beach Club - la plus grande communauté de condominiums en bord de mer sur l'île.

Les jardins superbement aménagés sont ornés de chênes majestueux, de la végétation luxuriante ornant la cour et d’un grand gazon en front de mer.

Au coeur de la rue Le Simons Beach Club possède une grande piscine en front de mer, un bassin séparé pour enfants et deux bains à remous. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent un accès direct à la plage, des barbecues, un centre de remise en forme et un centre d'affaires. Great Time

Pool and beach access are phenomenal. My kids 4 & 7 loved it. Room cleanliness could of been a little better upon arrival but was still sufficient.

Our room was clean and exactly as described. The living room remote didn't work but everything else was great. Definitely recommended!

So hot in SSI

The ac was great as hot as it was outside. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable. Furniture is very worn and needs updating as does the kitchen.

Yes, July in south Georgia is very hot! I am happy the AC was nice and cold. We do try to depict all of our properties accurately in our photos. The mattress in this unit is more on the firm side than plush. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it!

Location was great. Condo very clean, however furnishings need upgraded. Bed and living room furniture very uncomfortable. There is a leak in the shower.

Could use some updates...

This property could use some updates in the kitchen and bath. Wifi connection is really poor and drops regularly. Amenities and location are great for beach access and downtown. Not our first time staying at the Beach Club.

A basic condo

The condo had a very stale odor. Large crack in the ceiling of the BR. Also dishwasher was not connected under the counter, so every time you brought out the tray, the whole dishwasher came forward.

The room was cute and worked fine for our stay, but we were unable to do laundry which was very disappointing. The washer is from 1981 or 1993...I googled the serial number. Not a joke. 30-40 years old. It fills with water then sits and either shuts off completely until you mess with the dial, or just drains. No agitation, no actual washing of the clothes. It holds about 3-4 towels and when you finally can get them out, the dryer takes about an hour and a half to dry them. 3 towels. Don't get me started on the mold in the washer. The bed is so firm, it's convex and the couch sags. The first plate I pulled out was clearly not washed. It was fine and otherwise clean, and worked for our stay. We would definitely not rebook this unit though the resort itself was nice.
