All you need is a good dose of Vitamin Sea. Welcome to the newly renovated Shipwatch Condo located ocean front. Inside the décor is comfortable and inviting for your ocean side retreat. Shipwatch has a community pool, private boardwalk leading to the beach and a place to grill or eat outside. Unit 113 will be the place you return time and time again.

THE SPACE
The living space is open concept with a dining room, living room with a smart TV and a nicely equipped kitchen with 4 bar stools. Outside is a covered patio area with comfy seating and party lights creating the perfect ambiance.
The Space:
Bedroom 1 â King (sleeps 2), TV, and ensuite bathroom
Bathroom 1 â ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 â Queen (sleeps 2), TV, shares hall bathroom
Bathroom 2 â Shared hall bathroom with combination tub/shower
Common sleeping space â living room sofa bed (sleeps2)
Gas Grills are available in the common space, just through the pool gate. The HOA has three gas grills and three picnic tables for your use.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
