Remises hebdomadaires / mensuelles! La maison idéale pour faire des souvenirs avec des amis et la famille pour un week-end de football ou tout autre événement. Printemps 2018 entiÚrement rénové et beaucoup d'espace pour que chacun puisse avoir son propre espace, y compris un sous-sol entiÚrement aménagé avec une télévision de 65 pouces. Ce quartier calme est à quelques pas de Notre-Dame, des restaurants, des épiceries, des alcools et des pharmacies, vous gardant prÚs de l'action avec tout le confort de la maison. Nous sommes impatients de partager notre escapade irlandaise avec vous!

Wonderful House!

Lovely little house close to ND and SMC. We had an issue with the shower on our first day but it was fixed the same day once I called the property manager. The outdoor BBQ and furniture was great to have. Our only complaint was that the floors creaked, which is not uncommon given the age of the house and the nice wood flooring. It was not an issue but we did notice it more because we have a toddler who naps during the day. Definitely not a deal breaker but something to know if you’re bringing a toddler. We rectified it with a white noise app on our phone. Would be a great place to stay for game day weekends at ND.

Functional

It is a small three bedroom home with 1 bath. It was clean and a nice place for a group to crash who aren't planning on spending a great deal of time in the home. It would be perfect for a group of friends on a sport event weekend or a visit to campus. My brother and I used it for a Spartan race at the football stadium and it served our purposes very well.

Great house for what we wanted/needed

The house was very clean and served our needs perfectly. My only issue was the very "creaky" wood floor in the bathroom/bedrooms area. We all wondered how anyone could sleep in the beautiful basement with people walking around on the main floor. We realize it is due to the house being on the older side......though it has been updated and is great! Check in/check out was easy! In my opinion, the cleaning fee is a bit steep. With that said, we would stay again!

Great Stay for an ND Game

Came to ND with some fellow alums to see an ND football game and our group was very happy with the property. The place was clean, comfortable, and a very convenient walk to the stadium!

Perfect Spot for ND Weekend!

This was a great little place for us to enjoy a visit to campus and ND game! It was very comfortable for the five of us to spread out and relax. It had everything we needed. We loved the basement space, as well as the comfy beds. But the best part was being walking distance to campus and not having to deal with traffic! It was good value for a football weekend, and we would definitely come again.

Perfect for ND games

My family and Friends stayed here for a long weekend to go to a ND football game. The location was great and the house was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the property owner was great!

“Efficient Stay”

The property was efficient for our stay: the rooms were really nice and cozy, there were a lot of towels for use in the bathroom, however one bathroom didn’t work out so well for 6 persons. The home was clean and nice and in the middle of everything. Overall our stay was good.

Spring visit

This property is the perfect location to visit your student at the University of Notre Dame. It is close to campus and the supermarket. The property has a nice backyard, with a barbecue and table. The houses has an amazing basement that allows for a family to relax and enjoy all time together in front of the fireplace!
