Situé à quelques minutes à pied de l'Université de Notre Dame campus et situé prÚs de la rue Eddy communes, ce spacieux, maison de 4 chambres est à la fois charmant et commode. Il est idéal pour les grands groupes qui cherchent une base confortable maison prÚs du campus avec une grande cour.

Récemment rénové et entiÚrement meublé, il propose un hébergement confortable pour un maximum de 14 personnes et est parfait pour passer du temps avec des amis ou la famille à South Bend. La maison contient 3 lits queen, 1 lit double, 2 futons doubles, un canapé-lit confortable et deux canapés. Tous les draps sont fournis et cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Climatisation centrale, le cùble et Internet sont fournis.

La propriété dispose également d'une grande cour idéal pour profiter du plein air et de jouer à des jeux de cour.

Fantastic property for our annual Family Notre Dame football weekend!!!This home had everything we needed, fully equipped with all we needed
 bedding, towels, full stocked kitchen!!!Lots of family space for gathering all of to watch the games before headed over to the stadium!! Tons of parking.What is it they say Location, Location, Location

We rented Diana's house for a family reunion. It was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location close to campus and downtown. We'd definitely stay there again for a future visit. Diana's very responsive and easy to work with.

Great location, great house

We stayed there for a roommate reunion and the location was perfect. The house was well equipped, spacious, and clean. Would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area and wanting to be close to Notre Dame. Smooth check-in process, host was attentive, and we had no problems at all. Very enjoyable.

Perfect Spot for ND

This is an excellent property. The location is perfect for Notre Dame. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and the house does all the things right that you want (and so many other houses get wrong) ... lots of towels, toilet paper, dishes, pots and pans (and all organized!), coffee filters, etc etc, and it was super clean. We will definitely stay again.

Football weekend

We have stayed in this house several times over the past few years and always have a wonderful time. The kitchen is well appointed, the family room is comfortable; the dining room is perfect for our family dinner on Saturday after the game; the bedrooms are so cozy and the beds are nice; finally, the bathrooms are so well-stocked with towels! It’s always a seamless check-in and I appreciate the house manager reaching out to me to make sure everything is fine. Thanks!

Graduation weekend - ideal location

Enjoyed our stay for graduation weekend. Four bedrooms and full bath upstairs, full bath on main level. Kitchen and baths are fully updated - very nice. The layout is great to have a group of people gather. When we had a question, the property manager responded right away and was great to work with. We walked to the stadium and the Joyce Center. Thank you for helping to make graduation weekend memorable!
