Was not disappointed - great condo, great views of ocean and bay and sunsets - and just a great resort. Easy check-in and check-out and was impressed with the friendliness of the staff.

Wonderful!

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful and there was so much to keep everyone of all ages entertained. The kids especially loved going to the beach and the adventure course. Can't wait to do it again!

Another Fabulous Stay

Thank you for another wonderful week at Portofino. This unit is always our favorite. Tower 3 is closest to the beach and this unit has the most amazing views of both the gulf and the sound. Everything was perfect, as usual.

Perfect vacation

We stayed from July 4th to the 10th and it was perfect. The weather was perfect and the view was amazing. We saw all the fireworks, saw the blue angels (every show). We rode the trolley everywhere we needed to go! We never wanted to leave. Great experience and will definitely be coming back.

The view was amazing! You can see the gulf and the bay side from your balcony. Staying in this penthouse felt like we were living in a movie. Separate bathrooms for each room was awesome! The covered parking near the elevator was also great! The walk to the beach across the street took 2 minutes. We would definitely stay here again! Room was clean! Floor to ceiling windows gave a beautiful view! I can’t say enough great stuff about this condo!

We loved the location of our condo. Tower 3 is closest to the beach! We had 1 issue with some insects trying to come in from the balcony. It was taken care of within 2 days.

Spectacular Views…Inside and Out

We spent 5 days here and didn’t want to leave. I live locally and am very picky about where I stay at the beach. We’ve stayed at Portofino for years and this is hands down the best view. The condo itself was fabulous. In all the years (12ish) that we’ve stayed here, this was the first time an owner checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back.

The property was absolutely AMAZING. The pictures online don’t do it justice. It is so beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The week flew by and we weren’t ready to leave at all. Wish we could have extended our stay. We will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you so much for having us

Beautiful property, 3200 high school stud. Church Houston

The property is beautiful with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was very clean, etc. Problem 3200 high school students showed up on Sunday night June 12, 2022, with 50 buses of people. The property is on the 21st Penthouse floor and we the guests were not happy with the elevator congestion and the FIRE ALARM going off on Thursday night June 16, 2022, at 1 AM in the morning. It was a FALSE ALARM prank. NOT HAPPY WITH THESE INDIVIDUALS. IMAGES and VIDEOS AVAILABLE. Owners were alerted 1 week before. Nobody told us. COVID-19 EVENT with 3200 students walking around with NO MASKS on crowded elevators

Great Stay

Always a great property to stay at with my family. The owner was prompt to respond and any questions we had about the property. They were great at communication. The property has all the amenities for every need and age. We especially like the pool lift and handicap beach wheel chair. Took advantage of the spas this trip and the service was awesome.

Home away from Home

This is the third time we have stayed at Portofino. This year we were able to have one of the most beautiful views and layout of the condo. I would recommend a deep clean of some of the furniture but overall it is a very clean property and very well maintained. As soon as we get next year spring break schedule, we hope to rent this again. Thank you NJ. Lisa Rousseau

Beautiful luxury stay

We had an amazing time during our stay. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and bay. NJ was the perfect host easy to get in touch with and very kind. We stayed in early December the weather was perfect sunny and warm went swimming in the pools that were heated it was overall the perfect weekend. Highly recommend staying at NJs place you won’t regret it!

Family Wedding

Grandson married on beach brought us to an amazing penthouse property. The view was AWESOME of the Gulf and Sound. Was everything advertised. We have been on property before in different condo’s but this one best by far. No problems what so ever. Grounds and amenities flawless! Recommend this to everyone! Portofino never disappoints

Such a great time! Water was beautiful and condo was clean and close to beach. A wonderful mini vacation before end of summer.
