Cette propriété est magnifiquement située entre la rivière Kenai (environ 3 km) et le bras de mer de Cook (environ 3 km), et à 5 minutes du centre-ville de Soldotna et de Kenai. Vous êtes également juste à côté de la route principale menant à Homère!
Superbes maisons de bois rondes pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Parfait pour une réunion de famille ou une escapade entre amis ou en famille.

L'espace

Ces maisons étaient le rêve d’un constructeur sur mesure de New York. Ils ont été construits comme sa résidence permanente! Il a mis beaucoup de soin et de talent dans chaque détail. Toutes les sculptures et les meubles sur mesure que vous voyez, il les a construits! Nous espérons que vous aimerez et respecterez cette belle œuvre d'art autant que nous! Si vous voulez faire plus que dormir en Alaska, mais que vous vivez vraiment l'Alaska, cet endroit est fait pour vous!

Accès invité

Vous aurez les deux maisons, le congélateur dans le garage et la possibilité de stocker votre matériel de pêche dans le garage. Vous n'êtes pas autorisé à traiter le poisson sur place !! S'il s'avère que le traitement a été effectué, vous perdrez votre dépôt. Nous serions plus qu'heureux de vous diriger vers des guides de poisson extraordinaires qui traiteront pour vous, ou des entreprises réputées de la ville, capables de le faire également. Vous êtes invités à garder votre poisson emballé au congélateur dans le garage jusqu'au départ.

Il y a aussi une laveuse, une sécheuse et un refroidisseur de vin dans l'entrée en pierre de la maison principale.

Autres choses à noter

Nous observons une période de calme de 22 heures à 8 heures du matin car il s’agit d’un quartier résidentiel et devons respecter les autres habitants de la région. Aucune fête ou événement n'est autorisé.

Sachez que des caméras de sécurité sont placées à l'avant et à l'arrière de la maison afin de protéger la maison lorsqu'elle est vacante. Aucune caméra n'étant située à l'intérieur de la maison, elle ne peut voir que ce que votre voisin peut voir.

Amazing stay with extended family!

Such a great place for a big group. 2 couples and 5 kids, everyone had their own bed. Well appointed kitchen for easy meal prep and easy access to Soldatna and the surrounding area. The hosts were super communicative and very helpful. The cabin was super cozy, clean, and comfy. Beautiful yard and views, we loved our stay!!

Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. This home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The owner was very quick to respond when we needed her. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A True Gem on the Kenai – Like a Four Seasons VRBOI’ve fished the Kenai with my boys for about six years, and each visit we’ve struggled to find high-quality accommodations—until now. While there’s no Four Seasons on the Kenai, JB’s property comes impressively close. I’d describe it as the Four Seasons VRBO of the Kenai Peninsula.The cleanliness was immediately noticeable, and the attention to detail throughout the property stood out. From the quality furnishings and comfortable mattresses to the premium bedding, full private showers, and an incredibly well-stocked kitchen—everything was thoughtfully chosen for comfort and function. There was always plenty of hot water, which we appreciated after long days on the river.Communication with the host was excellent, both before and during our stay. Prompt, helpful, and professional.In short, we were thrilled to finally find a property we can return to year after year.Many thanks to the hosts for providing such a top-tier experience!!

This is the one!

Not a single complaint! Everything was spectacular, and very accommodating. The host Becky was on top of everything we needed. This home is amazing and every attention to detail was thought of. 10 of us between the two homes was a perfect fit. The kitchen is amazing, the appliances were professional grade and top notch. Also, the host has a tiny store inside the laundry room. If you forgot anything, the host has it for you. She also has Alaskan crafts for sell, which we took advantage of. The highlight was when a big moose walked into the property, just 10 feet away from us. We highly recommend this place! Thanks Becky!

Excellent Log Home Vacation in the heart of the Kenai Peninsula

This log home complex exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again when we visit next year. We reserved both the main log house and the adjacent log cabin for our family to stay at for a week-long schedule of wedding events. Everyone had comfortable beds to sleep in, plenty of bathrooms to share, very nicely appointed accommodations, a fantastic main kitchen and bar area with tons of bar stool seating for everyone, and a full kitchen for everyone's convenience in the smaller cabin (not so small, actually). The upgraded decor and appliances were fantastic (you'll love the pro-chef gas stove and ovens). And the owners bought an additional freezer chest for extra food items that we purchased to have on hand for the wedding festivities. I can't say enough about how responsive and accommodating the owners Becky and Jerry are. They ensured our stay was perfect. Book either or both of these cabins if you plan to visit the Soldotna area. You'll love your stay in this Kenai lodge paradise.

Excellent Property, Excellent Host!!

There were 9 of us that stayed here comfortably. All guests were thrilled with the accommodations. The overall experience was wonderful. Becky was an amazing host and very quick to respond to questions. The kitchen in the main house is an awesome gathering spot, with enough space to prepare food for the entire group. Overview of Property

This property deserves better than a 5 star rating! There were 7 of us in town for a wedding and we couldn't have been happier. The cabins are beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Plenty of outdoor seating and great grill. The kitchen has every cooking utensil you could ever imagine. Plenty of dishes, silverware and glassware. All and all, we would stay there again in a heart beat!

We visited Alaska in 2001 and fell in love. We talked and dreamed about owning our dream home there one day. We made more trips, and continued to "dream" about "someday". In 2018 we decided it was time. We traveled from our home in Southern California, and found our dream home in Soldotna , Alaska. We think you will agree after staying there that this place is unique and so very beautiful . We plan to retire there in a few years, but for now, we want to share it with others. We hope you enjoy.

We dreamed of owning a Log home some day. The moment we stepped into the property, we knew "this is the one". The previous owner was a custom builder who spent 15 years building his "dream" home. He spent hundreds of hours hand carving the pieces you see on the property, implementing antlers, and unique Alaskan details in all that he did. He built and carved the pieces you see on the property, including the oak leaf and acorn cupboard pulls, antler door pulls, the benches and even the carvings outside. He spared no expense or ignored no detail. It is truly a piece of "Art".

Not only is this a beautiful place, but it is a wonderful location. Centrally located of "K-beach", the road that takes you to Kenai, Soldotna, and Homer. You are just minutes away from the Kenai River and the Cook Inlet for world class fishing. Homer and Seward are a beautiful 1 hour and 45 minute drive away. Moose frequent the property, and in spring, momma moose often come to the property behind the house to have their babies.
