Récemment rénové avec un décor frais et léger avec des planchers en bois partout et un tout nouveau lit king size. Cette unité de 1 chambre, 1. 5 salles de bain a également une véranda privée pour profiter d'une tasse de café le matin ou un cocktail l'aprÚs-midi. Salle de lavage en bas pour toutes les unités à utiliser.

PrÚs de Lae Nani, vous trouverez des magasins et des restaurants à distance de marche. Le Hukilau Lanai primé est facilement accessible à pied pour le dßner, des cocktails et de la musique live. Two weeks was barely enough time to soak in the beauty of this property! The unit was nicely appointed in all areas from the gourmet kitchen stocked with all of the necessary tools to the comfy bed and couches, immaculate bathrooms and rocking chaise lounges on the lanai. The host was responsive to any of our inquiries . Our only regret is that we didn't stay for a month!
We never tired of this view!

Our host was very welcoming, she contacted me when the condo was ready for check in. Unfortunately we would not rent this unit again because the bathroom sinks were very low, and the bathrooms in general need updating.

There is an issue with the flooring -as a contractor and for liability purposes I recommend replacement. The broken edges and material type is not suitable for location and can lead to cut feet. Additionally the master bath sink plunger armature / actuator is not functional crating a plugged sink. Easy fix

The grounds were par-like and the landscaping was amazing. The grills were cleaner than at home and the pool was one of the largest we've seen. Couldn't have asked for anything different except a few additional weeks!

Great property!

The condo was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the binder of information and the coffee samples. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Location couldn't be better, walking distance to many things and perfect location to split our vacation between the north and south shores.

Here for a short stint.

Martie the host was extremely responsive and helpful for any suggestions that you might have. The complex is extremely secure and has plenty of nice to haves
 like a small (basically your own beach, with a rock enclosed are for the big wind and big wave days, a pool and access to some Barbecues. Close to shopping (under 5 minutes by car) and pretty close to the airport (15 minutes). We picked this area to stay as it was almost perfect to go North or South or to the west side with a maximum drive of 1 hour. Stayed out all days except one day from sun up (7:00 am to sunset 6:50pm). Lots to do. Looking forward to coming back in a few years!

Amazing Property

This was a Beautiful property! Lush with amazing views! Very clean. Lots of attention to big welcome! Basket of tea , coffee and treats! Comfortable bed. So Very glad I booked this unit! Close to restaurants and a Great starting point for exploring the island! Loved it and hope to stay here again!

Perfectly Located Gem

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our babymoon. The place was clean, had everything we needed to be able to cook meals for ourselves, and we appreciated having access to beach chairs and towels. The new bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the lanai watching the waves in the bay. We also used the community grills, pool, and laundromat. Everything on the property was well maintained and easy to use. We came in February, so it was cool enough to not need AC, with temps around 65F each night. However, we could see that during warmer times of the year it could get hot in the rental. The floor is in need of a little tlc, as the wood is warping from the humidity, but it didn’t impact the enjoyment of our stay. Our host, Marti Law, was excellent at communicating with us about checkin and she provided many helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do on the island. We would hands down come back and stay at this place!

Disappointed with nice property

Nice property, however, owner is not keeping it up to date or clean...NO A/C and the fans don't work ... come on.also, I have sensitive skin and got a bad rash on my hip from the bed... only stayed 3 nights, had to were t shirt and boxers so rash would not get worse. Spent 7 night at Marriott and it didn't get any worse. Home now and went to urgent care... fungus rash caused from bed. Taking meds for it... don't stay here until they replace the bed and clean the mattress cover every time!!!

Great home base

We didn’t spend much time here as we were out exploring a lot but it was the perfect home base. Roughly equi-distant from North and South, walkable to a market and restaurant, lovely, well-maintained setting. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond. A very comfortable place!

Beautiful Setting

This could easily have been a five star review. The view and grounds are beautiful. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near by including a wonderful ocean front spot right next door. Being on the west coast provided easy access to the wonders of both the north and south coasts. The apartment was well equipped and the furniture and bed clean and comfortable. Not an issue for us, but bathrooms a bit dated and you need to be able to walk up 3 flights to access the apartment. Also note, there is no air conditioning but it wasn’t needed for our stay
 the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze were perfect. Parking a bit tight but always found a spot. All said, I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful view

The view is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans that we needed to make breakfast including a coffee maker and a toaster. Quick walk along the path to Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner.

Beautiful setting

Loved the location, the property. The only reason we would not stay here again is for the lack of AC in the units. It’s just too hot and makes sleeping difficult.

The condo has a new couch which was very soft and comfortable. The property has an gorgeous view of the ocean and beach-which was a must for us. We liked where this property was located as it was easy to get to north and south sight seeing locations. The condo was clean, cozy, and a comfy place to relax at the end of the day. The condo did not have AC which we knew before booking and it was not an issue for us.

Awesome vacation

Everything about the condo met or exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough about how helpful Martie was. She was super responsive and even rescheduled the cleaning crew to allow us to check out late. This was very appreciated considering our return flight was later that night. The view of the beach is great, the grounds are beautiful, you can walk to local restaurants and shopping, and you're on the most beautiful island in the world (my opinion of course). Loved it and wish we could've stayed another week!
