Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et machine à glaçons. Grand salon avec nouveau téléviseur intelligent de 65 pouces et lecteur DVD 4K. Nouveaux meubles 2019. AC central. Grande terrasse 12 x 36 avec auvent et gril à gaz. Cour arrière borde 2 acres de bois et comprend un foyer. Le pont inférieur du premier étage dispose d'une douche extérieure fermée.

Hummingbird Haven

This property was lovely. Everything was labeled (lights, fridge, etc.) for ease of use. Very close to the town beach and restaurants in the area. The deck out back was very nice and the backyard view was beautiful with trees surrounding the back and flowers along the side of the house. There was lots of hummingbird activity which was nice to watch in the morning with breakfast on the deck. The only issue my mother experienced was the stair climb to the front door - however if you are active and not needing a new knee this is the perfect destination for a family vacation!!

Charming House

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect location for us and close to beaches. The house looked as though it was professionally decorated and it was equipped with plenty of supplies. We would definitely go back!

Great!

Wonderful house and area with a beautiful deck and backyard. Great kitchen, clean and comfortable. Not for toddlers due to high balconies and stairs. Other than that, enjoy!

Great property

Very comfortable house. Nice, friendly neighborhood within walking distance to the water. The town and state beaches nearby are beautiful and we had no trouble parking. We would definitely rent this property again.

House near the Pond

We had a lovely stay at this house. It is a very efficient house. Bathrooms are big and the outdoor shower was a plus. We had mostly beautiful weather and the deck is spacious. The house was very clean and was easy to keep clean during our week there. No washer or dryer but we managed. Beds are comfortable. There are lots of windows which provide a lovely cross breeze. The house is convenient to everything. We were there on Labor Day weekend and could not get into any of the local beaches without a resident pass which is something to think about. We had friends nearby and were able to go with them to their beach. We were able to get onto the local beaches on non - holiday days. We had a delightful time there and would rent again for sure.

Our stay in costal RI

We were very pleased with the accommodations during our recent stay in South Kingston. It is clear the owner takes a lot of pride in maintaining this property. The layout was very comfortable and roomy especially with the large deck off the back. The extra vanity in the master bedroom was a great bonus. The location was convenient to beaches, restaurants, farm stands and fish markets. We would definitely rent this house again!

South Kingstown Beach House

The rental was a great value and in an awesome area of southern Rhode Island. We really enjoyed our stay at the property and would rent again.

Excellent Experience!

This property was great! The house was very clean upon arrival! The check-in process was very smooth - no issues. It had an AC unit in the family room that cooled the kitchen and family room. The main floor bedroom still was a little warm at night. The upstairs floor had a window AC unit in the main bedroom, but not in the bedroom with the twin beds. We felt that keeping the bedroom door with the twin beds open, it cooled down more. The fridge has an ice maker which was very convenient; we didn't have to stop to buy ice to fill the cooler each morning on the way to the beach. Having 2 full bathrooms was GREAT. The outdoor shower was a great addition! The floor wasn't even wood; what you stand on is the same material as an indoor shower. If you like to spend time on a deck - this is your place! The desk was very very spacious! (I do recommend wearing shoes on the deck however, because it is aged, and you could get splinters.) We definitely plan on renting here again in the future! We had a great time here!!

Relax and hear the waves.

Just as advertised. Modern and clean. Walk to Green Hill pond beach and late afternoon Charlestown Breachway Beach. Would recommend staying again.

Charlestown is the perfect location halfway between Foxwoods casino and Newport. Block Island is 12 miles offshore and well worth a visit. The salt ponds are best for kayaking and clamming and Charlestown Breachway is a historical landmark. Watchill to the west and Point Judith to the east. Two (800+ acre) nature preserves are within 3 miles of the property.
