Great place to stay, Mike and Lisa gave some awesome food recommendations and stay was perfect for us traveling with an infant because of the play room, toys and pack and play they had on property.

Our stay was nothing short of 5 stars. The house is updated and very clean. There are plenty of amenities and extras including toys for the kids. We used the beach chairs multiple days. It is a perfect location for beaches and restaurants. We would highly recommend this house and hope to come back next year.

The property was well-located. The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and helpful. They provided detailed instructions for access as well as the heating and air conditioning systems. Checking in and out was seamless. All in all, it was the ideal pied-à-terre for our Rhode Island visit.

We were there for a three day family Xmas event so no time to explore the area. This was our first VRBO stay and found it very comfortable compared to staying in an hotel. We would stay again if going back to the area.

Beautiful home that is well maintained. Wonderful location that is near the beach. Some of the local stores are closed over the winter season, but there were still plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby.

My sisters-in-law and our daughters had our annual getaway at this beautiful home. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Easy access to local vineyards and the beach. Would definitely go back again.

Our stay was awesome. Communication with host was wonderful. House was stocked with beach chairs, toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen. We had dinner every night on the deck and the surroundings were beautiful. I will definitely look into this property again when I decide to vacation to Rhode Island.

Great base for South RI Beaches

Clean, modern property with comfortable beds, good amenities and excellent location. Communications with owner were cordial with prompt responses to all questions. Property is midway between Kingston beaches and Westerly - very convenient. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

What a great house! Host was great communicator, and messages explained everything in detail. The house had everything that we needed. We had 4 adults and 2 teens and it was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of space and the back porch and fire pit were great areas. Outdoor shower looked great, but we didn’t use it as it is still too cold for swimming. Right down the road from CVS and Dunkin, and close to the beaches. Highly recommend!

You will not be disappointed!

Such a great, cute house and in a perfect location! I rented this house for some family to stay for a weekend wedding. They were so happy and felt right at home. Will definitely rent from Lisa again.

Great property for a young family

This property was welcoming, clean, and perfect for our family of 5! Great yard area with grill and firepit , and a finished basement stocked with toys for little ones on rainy days. Quick drive to many local beaches. Owners were responsive and easy to deal with! Would recommend.

Lovely home. Very clean!! Only negative- Close to cell tower(?) just behind house. close to everything. Excellent communication with hosts! Nice stay!!

Very clean and very comfortable! It didn’t bother us, but be aware that traffic noise may wake you in the morning. It was very convenient for us since we wanted to be in an area near Westerly but also close to Wakefield. Communication with the host was excellent. I’d definitely stay there again if I have the chance.

Thanks so much for your review. I wanted to let you know that we did disclose the Nest doorbell camera in our Welcome guide>Amenities>Electronics>Smart Devices. We also have a sign on the front door that states Nest. Unfortunately, the guest did not inform us that she was hosting an after prom party but left our home in great shape.
