Very nice rental. The property was lovely, the host communicates perfectly, and the location is close to every place we wanted to visit. Couldn't have asked for more and we would be happy to return again.

My wife has been dealing with some health issues and this place was the perfect antidote. The views, the quaint atmosphere of the house and the quietness at night was special. Darren was in contact with me every day making sure our stay was perfect. We would definitely go again

This is a great house where the owners offered lots of amenities. We visit South County every summer and I hope the house is available next year when we visit again.

We had a lovely time at "A Summer Place" already booked for next year. The kitchen is fully stocked if you plan on cooking. Plenty of towels, nice soaps and shampoos. Outdoor games, bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards. Darren was wonderful communicating.

The property was exceptional and was exactly as advertised! What an absolutely fantastic place for a vacation! Clean and comfortable, the house had everything one would need for a vacation....inside and out! The owners were very receptive to any questions we had. House sits right next to the water, with a quick drive to several beaches and restaurants. It was a perfect mini-vacation and I'm just disappointed that it is already booked for another week we might have wanted. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone! I can see why it is rated so high! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Darren and Tasha are excellent hosts -- very responsive and helpful. The property has everything you need for a lovely vacation -- I can imagine in the summer that it would be amazing surrounded by water and an easy drive to beaches and the sights of southern Rhode Island. Even with cooler weather, it was a wonderful place for our sister's reunion. I have already recommended it friends who live nearby to host out of state guests. We absolutely loved the location! Beautiful panoramic water views and privacy! Close vicinity to great restaurants, beaches and scenic sites. We loved the decor, fire pit and comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We would highly recommend this charming rental!

This is an “all inclusive” rental. The home is beautiful, clean, well equipped for renters & that’s just the inside. There is a dedicated dock, beach, w-sand, fire pit, outdoor dining, bikes, kayaks, games and yes water, the ocean in a cove. Owners couldn’t be nicer. Plan on staying put at the inclusive resort rental - shh! Once you go, you’ll plan on returning- with who is the question bc it’s a home for ALL AGES!

Just a lovely property, easy to relax and take in the beautiful water and sky views on all three sides of the property. A round trip to Block Island was had, visits to shops, and a great lunch at the nearby Rathskeller restaurant.

What a great place for a weekend getaway! Lots of space to relax and visit on the large screen porch. Perfect location with lots of water sports equipment to use on the pond just steps from the house. Beautiful views in all directions!
