Soyez parmi les premiers à séjourner dans cet appartement lumineux 3BR / 3BA, installé dans une maison individuelle rénovée à Charleston dans le quartier de Cannonborough-Elliotborough. Construite à la fin des années 1800, la maison a subi une rénovation complÚte achevée en 2017. Situé à quelques pas de tout ce que la ville a à offrir! Trois rues de Upper King Street, à quelques pas de Sugar Bakeshop, Mac & Murphy, Indigo & Cotton, Five Loaves Café et bar à jus de fruits, Hominy Grill, et plus encore.

Un peu moins de 1000 pieds carrĂ©s, l'appartement offre trois chambres chacune avec une literie de qualitĂ© supĂ©rieure, sa propre salle de bain complĂšte et toutes les commoditĂ©s d'un hĂŽtel de charme avec le confort supplĂ©mentaire d'une cuisine complĂšte, prĂȘte pour le chef. Stationnement hors rue est disponible; Bien que les visiteurs trouvent probablement que la dĂ©couverte de la ville Ă  pied ou en Uber / Lyft / pousse-pousse est le moyen le plus pratique de se dĂ©placer en ville. Il y a de la place pour deux voitures (de taille moyenne) lorsqu'elles sont garĂ©es le nez Ă  la queue, mais sachez que, comme dans la plupart des logements Ă  logements multiples du centre-ville, le stationnement est serrĂ©.

Girls trip

We visited recently for a girls trip, the location was perfect! We walked to many of our brunch/dinners. And everything else was a very short Uber ! The space is perfect, and having your own bathroom for each bedroom was super ideal! We were checked on quite often via text, which was super helpful if we needed anything. We would definitely return to this location when we visit again. The house was very clean and decorated well and just comfortable!

I couldn't be happier with my experience! The house was impeccably clean and had a charming decor that made it feel warm and cozy. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged ❀ The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary items.We appreciated having everything we needed The location was also a plus, with easy access to local shops . Great Experience with this Rental!

We loved this beautiful 3-bedroom rental. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent, before and during our stay. We locked ourselves out one afternoon and George was there almost immediately to let us in. Beds were very comfortable! Would definitely rent again!

First time in Charleston for girls trip!

We loved everything about our stay here. The place is well appointed, comfortable and we loved the decor! The location is perfect! Restaurants super close by including Ladels for lunch and Southside for dinner- the aroma coming from Southside was amazing! Make sure to grab a bagel at Holey City and a cupcake from Sugar- just across the street. George was great at communication and check-in! We will be back! ❀

Comfortable and cozy

Very cozy 3-bedroom unit with all you need for a pleasant stay. Close to restaurants and grocery store. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful accomedations but some dissapointment

Liked the accomedations,nice separate bedrooms and showers. Very clean. But very dissapointed that parking was not outfront of our cottage. My son had to go across the street behind a delapited home and park. I am handicapped and could not have done it without my son. There was no hotwater in bathroom basins. Also experienced an annoying beeping sound that was not corrected all day and finally had to call Management to fix the problem as i didnt want it going on all night.

The perfect girls getaway

We had a great time here, we had 5 girls and the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. We loved the living space and the newly added speaker that we could easily Bluetooth our phones too. It was only a short walk to King's street so we were able to pop to downtown anytime we liked. Everyone was so friendly, I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious place to stay with a great location!

Charming Charleston

We appreciated the location of the property. The close access to King Street made it easy to walk and we did a lot of walking! We didn't have a car, but having a parking spot in front of the property is amazing and valuable in a city with so much tight on street parking. The home has been lovingly restored. One suggestion is to have some place to put toiletries. A pedestal sink is lovely, but when women are trying to get ready for a wedding it made it challenging to have to put your makeup on the floor. There were 5 of us in the house and the walls are thick, noise did not carry. One other thought is more comfortable seating and space for six to sit since there are three bedrooms. Keep in mind, this does not prevent us from giving the place five stars, just suggestions from some well worn travelers! Thanks for letting us check in early.

Charleston ‘23

Great location! Walked to King St and even back from dinner on Queen St! Appreciated having coffee provided at the property. Only downside with being on the first floor was staying below a group with small children running about on the second floor. However, we we were not at ‘home base’ often so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Overall, a wonderful stay!
