The main floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Just off the front porch, you'll find bistro sets ideal for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
On the main level, there's a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Our host sent us a list of places to go and things to do around Charleston and that was great. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was well appointed.Unfortunately, there was a cold spell in Charleston and the heat did not work in the social/living room and kitchen. They cannot control the weather and cold weather is rare in SC, but they should be able to provide a standard level of heat. Fortunately we were provided with temporary heating fans.

The check in procedure was simple and clear. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were very nice, and the showers were very large. The living room/kitchen area was very small, probably not a good place if you have more than 5 people, or children. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was lovely. Our stay was very comfortable. Neighbourhood was safe, but because of the location near the hospital, you will hear helicopters. The only negative would be outside leading up to the house can use some cleaning up.

Beautiful! Very charming property with well stocked kitchen and baths. No interior noises, only typical city noises. Private parking at rear of property was easy. Neighborhood felt very safe for walking.We tried the nearby free CARTA bus one morning, but chose Uber for remaining trips. We had trouble getting the first floor comfortably heated even after suggestions from manager, but would still be happy to stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay but our neighbors kept us up every night. We know you can’t control all guests but their loud music, loud talking and even screaming was tough at 2 am. But thank you for arranging new accommodations for us when our original pick lost its AC.

Girls Week

The house was beautiful and clean. Our only issue was sleeping due to the LOUD pounding early morning (7 am) and throughout the day due to putting in pilings in the new medical school building across the street and the noise from school maintenance facilities to the back of the house.

Very cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath. The only unfortunate part is that the college has construction right across the street which started everyday just prior to 7 am.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and has an adorable color scheme of green, white, and gold. Everything was clean and we felt safe in this location. Great restaurants and night life were within walking distance. The only thing we would have appreciated was more clean towels for the weekend and more toilet paper. Other than that this was an excellent rental home for our trip to Charleston.

Amazing place!

Beautiful property in a great area. Not quite fully walkable for summer temperatures, but easy uber rides to and from king street. The property itself was immaculate and had everything we needed. The management team was very accommodating to our need for early check in. We would stay here again!

Great house, great location

Lovely home, tastefully done. Everything that you need in the kitchens for cooking, if you so desire. Loved having both of the coffee makers. (Keurig and drip). It was 6 adults and we all had our own private space, with an ensuite. The beds and bedding were THE best. Soft sheets and comfy comforter. Nice parking area just behind the house. We would definitely say again.

Wonderfully Historic!

Truly an elegant, southern Charleston experience! This renovated house provided a pampered and gentile experience with modern fixtures, historic plank flooring, and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. The location was perfect for walking or driving. Large veranda was perfect for cocktails or a perfect cup of coffee. Will definitely rent again!
