Grande maison au bord de l'eau à l'extrémité sud sur une superficie privée, des terrasses, un quai et une cabane dans les arbres

3 acres avec de belles vues sur l'extrémité sud de Grand Lake, Oklahoma.

Cette maison traditionnelle au bord du lac a une cuisine ouverte et deux espaces de vie, la chambre principale est à l'étage avec salle de bain complète et terrasse. Il y a trois ponts pour profiter de la vue, avec un bain à remous offrant l'un des meilleurs!

Il y a aussi une cabane dans les arbres sur la propriété qui peut accueillir 4 personnes, et peut être louée en plus ou séparément.

Un quai couvert avec plongeoir et échelle est disponible avec deux cales pleines et une cale avec flotteur pour une motomarine. Un canot complet avec des pagaies est disponible pour une utilisation à tout moment avec un voilier de 14 pieds. Une plateforme de bain flottante de 10 x 20 pieds est disponible. Fournis en quantités limitées: gilets de sauvetage, flotteurs, engins de pêche.

Un terrain de volleyball de sable (non réglementé) avec des lumières et des balles est prêt à jouer.

Wonderful Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is warm and inviting and the view was amazing. The Dock needs some work but we spent several days floating and swimming in the lake.

Everything was absolutely great. The house is beautiful, comfortable and everything was in perfect condition.The deck and all outdoors was awesome, great for fun with the family and relaxing on the decks.The dock could use some repairs but was functional and well equipped for fun through the day.Overall, amazing. We had a great time.

Absolutely stunning property. The house is charming and with ample room for gathering or finding a quiet space off on your own. The house is full of art, books, games and you can tell many generations made memories there together. A truly special place. My team was there for work, so didn't spend much time at the house during the day but it was fully stocked and perfect for making delicious meals and getting a restful night's sleep.

Annual Family Reunion

We love that the property is not in a neighborhood. Communication with the property manager is excellent if we have any questions during our stay. Wide variety of activities for children of all ages and adults. Our family has enjoyed this property year after year.

Great getaway on Grand Lake

Our family had a great time at the lake. The house is cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. My son loved the tree house and the swing. We are already talking about planning a trip back.

Lovely home and property for a lake getaway! Huge house with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Well stocked kitchen and a gas and pellet grill. The kids loved the lily pad and swimming off the dock! The hot tub was a huge hit too. We encountered lots of ticks but discovered it was tick season so we just kept a close eye on everyone and it was fine. Great spot for a lake getaway!

Our family loved this property. It's on the water with a beautiful view. The house is a cozy, cabin feel just like the lake should be. There is a true tree house with A/C and beds for kids or extra teens or adults. The property is quiet and private with lots of land around it. They have all the amenities including the freezer in the house and outside full of bags of ice ready for a week or weekend on the lake. We will be back for sure! The host could not have been more helpful with everything and anything we needed.

Thanksgiving getaway

Great Family Getaway

Tom was a great host who answered all the questions I had and made our trip a delight. We had a family of 16 share Thanksgiving together and the the house was perfect. Their was room for everyone and the kids loved the treehouse. Thank you Tom for sharing your home.

Breezy Point

Overall our stay was great. We could really use a couple extra beds but we made the most of it. Tom is a great host, very accommodating.
