Very easy check-in and check-out. The space was very thoughtfully put together with lots of little extra amenities, and it was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

The place had everything you might need, except a table to eat at. Also the door was off putting , being only 4 ft high.

Tucked away in a very quaint Sacramento neighborhood, this nook was the perfect getaway for my wife and me.Right off the freeway and minutes away from downtown, it could not be placed in a better location. The room is the ideal size for 2 guests and Andra has thought of every amenity to provide, from water and snacks to board games and an emergency sewing kit!She was always ready and available to answer any questions I had and was thoughtful to my wife and I through our stay.Thank you again Andra for a very accommodating stay! We will definitely be coming back!

Area was clean. It is in a basement so felt a bit confining. No freeway noise but heard noise from the house - not late into the night though.

Excellent accommodations that are well located to parks, shopping, museums, basically all that you'd want in Sacto. Our second stay here and we'll reserve it again.

Fun Stay in Curtis Park

The property is a fun and funky basement unit two blocks from Curtis Park and that neighborhood's classic historic homes; and walking distance to Gunther's Ice Cream and the variety of food and activity of the Oak Park neighborhood. Comfortable space, and nicely appointed.

Wonderful Location with Excellent Facilities

Curtis Park is a premier location in Sacramento. I was able to take long walks through a great neighborhood and park. The falling leaves and people in their front yards getting ready for Christmas and other December holidays was fun and relaxing. The host was thoughtful and checked-in several times to ensure I had everything I needed. The rental was very cleverly laid out, providing everything one may need from refrigerator, to microwave, to a large bathroom. There was even a small desk setup for computer work. The private patio area was a plus, even in December.

5 stars is not enough

I had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the plethora of amenities provided. I forgot a couple of items and I didn't need to worry about running to the store, because everything was here already. All of the toiletries, the USB charging ports, the fans, etc. The details sent with local restaurants and stores. I can tell that a lot of thought got put into making it a nice time. If I come back to Sacramento in the future, I know exactly where I want to stay.

Great space and host!

Andra was so accommodating! I left an item behind and she very graciously mailed it my way after my stay. This space is comfy and cozy. Great for solo travelers or a couple.
